When he left Sacramento & went to Memphis, 2001, he was so good, 14pts 8.0 assists 3.0 Reb 1.7 Steals, what’s sad is my man never made an All Star Game!
J Williams played in an era where his skill set made it difficult for him to stand out. His best years came at the peak of Allen Iverson, where the top guards in the league were all-timers in their prime including Bryant, Vince Carter, Jason Kidd, Steve Francis, Steve Nash and Stephon Marbury. That hurt him bad! In consecutive years, he would lose to Steve Nash on playoff-bound Dallas teams, Gary Payton, and Sam Cassell having career years after age 32, and both Steve Francis and Stephon Marbury burning fucking bright, hot, and quick.
Williams had a definite impact on the offensive side of the floor for both Sacramento and Memphis. He was a huge fucking part of the backcourt during Miami’s championship run with Dwyane Wade and former Western Conference rival Gary Payton in 2006.
All-Star? Nope!! However Jason Williams didn’t need to be. What he was, was just as fucking good as any of those guys!!

Dylan Michael chill he would drop 40 points lolol that's too easy. You gotta remember, as far as i'm concerned, he's still a professional basketball player.... the only thing holding him back is the loss of athleticism.... but he could still give a team effective minutes in a game.... But not 60+ games, that would wear on his body.... let alone practices and traveling. But yea, Jason is still an amazing baller.... handles, vision, scoring.... its all still there lol with a little less speed
