He's like that one old guy at the Y who plays with all the young guys in pickup games and everyone thinks he's just the 8th guy for 4v4 but he ends up dominating everyone
Justin Sargalis Hahaa that's me , i just realized in the last few years didn't realize how old I was, im 47 but I've been playing ball in Trenton new jersey my whole life, i run with the 20 year olds, lol.
His passes are precise, always on point and in the right spot for his teammates to score. Love how he wasn’t trying to do it all but got his squad involved
When he left Sacramento & went to Memphis, 2001, he was so good, 14pts 8.0 assists 3.0 Reb 1.7 Steals, what’s sad is my man never made an All Star Game! J Williams played in an era where his skill set made it difficult for him to stand out. His best years came at the peak of Allen Iverson, where the top guards in the league were all-timers in their prime including Bryant, Vince Carter, Jason Kidd, Steve Francis, Steve Nash and Stephon Marbury. That hurt him bad! In consecutive years, he would lose to Steve Nash on playoff-bound Dallas teams, Gary Payton, and Sam Cassell having career years after age 32, and both Steve Francis and Stephon Marbury burning fucking bright, hot, and quick. Williams had a definite impact on the offensive side of the floor for both Sacramento and Memphis. He was a huge fucking part of the backcourt during Miami’s championship run with Dwyane Wade and former Western Conference rival Gary Payton in 2006. All-Star? Nope!! However Jason Williams didn’t need to be. What he was, was just as fucking good as any of those guys!! #Deuces
J Will and C Webb, D Christie and M Bibby + Vlade Divac - Sacramento was a great team. One of the best to watch. And J Will still is one of those players that i am proud of.
Yes he was traded for Bibby, but i mean, for those few years Sacramento team was so great. SO much passion each game, and yes B Jackson was on fire man :)
I agree. That team was a GREAT team. Chemistry was off the charts. They had skilled big men and skilled ball handlers. And they had FIRE in their eyes. They was supposed to win that year no doubt. J will has mad mad mad ball handling skills. Way beyond his time.
Ricky Rubio is the best pass first PG in the NBA right now. Doesnt get love because he doesnt want to score 20 points every game. The guy passes better than Jason Williams, he's always on Top 10 play videos.
Bruh...he can still be a starting PG for any team...lets be real..his handle and court vision has not aged at all....its amazing! wtf is he doing??? one more ring!!!!!
Watching to this video you learn that are players who play the game just because they love, just want have some fun and not only because the money involved. White chocolate, 39 yrs old, still playing, chilling and dominate the game. Congrats JW. Wish I could balling with/against him one day.
Dylan Michael chill he would drop 40 points lolol that's too easy. You gotta remember, as far as i'm concerned, he's still a professional basketball player.... the only thing holding him back is the loss of athleticism.... but he could still give a team effective minutes in a game.... But not 60+ games, that would wear on his body.... let alone practices and traveling. But yea, Jason is still an amazing baller.... handles, vision, scoring.... its all still there lol with a little less speed
+leon scott He was still a very formidable player in his later seasons, I believe he retired in like 2011, he was probably like 34 back then, I felt he still could've played a handful of more years. He had a good career though.
That's the same brand of basketball I grew up playing ,and it was a lot more enjoyable watching the NBA play the same brand compared to what the brand is today.
So true. He gets recognition as a great "white" player. Screw the demographics! As usual, nothing to do with the pigment of your skin. Some people just have the X factor. And he had that and the rest of the alphabet.
I always wondered why Jason Williams didn’t have his own Nikes. Apparently his jersey was a huge seller when he was in the nba so I’m surprised he was never approached by someone.
+pettway2000 He has a weathered face. He still has skills. It was great to see him play at the highest level. That elbow pass in the all star game was so cool. I remember all of my friends jumping around the living room when that happened.
This old man will kick the butts of the young point guards in the NBA today. Would love to see him play in 1 more NBA game. Center: Hakeem Olajuwon PF: Tim Duncan SF: Tracy Mcgrady SG: Kobe Bryant PG: Jason Williams
It would seem like so much fun to play with our against Jay Will! I'm sure I'd get destroyed, but it would still be awesome to see NBA talent up close.
This kid's got some skills. If he keeps working at it, he might be able to make it in the league.
He was trolling
F ing hilarious - this just made my night TY :)
cnl1213 he 2as in the nba
cnl1213 he was in the NBA dumbass. He's retired
damn we have some smart people here
Damn already 39.. Time flies.
I know right! Vince Carter 43 and still trying to get on a list.
@@bluenightgrinner8620 Vince can still give you some good minutes.
His hairline already looked 40 when he was a rookie
Yeah, pretty soon he'll be as old as Vince Carter of the Atlanta Hawks
Still got it. Like an old jedi out there.
He's like that one old guy at the Y who plays with all the young guys in pickup games and everyone thinks he's just the 8th guy for 4v4 but he ends up dominating everyone
Im sayin 😂
Exactly! And he talks a least.

Justin Sargalis 40 is not old young son.
Only difference, Jason Williams has an NBA Championship ring.
His passes are precise, always on point and in the right spot for his teammates to score. Love how he wasn’t trying to do it all but got his squad involved
Nice. I'm 43 and I have been contemplating either playing again in pick up games or in a 40 and up league. This is motivation.
Due both.

Bro are you ok?
J Will and C Webb, D Christie and M Bibby + Vlade Divac - Sacramento was a great team. One of the best to watch. And J Will still is one of those players that i am proud of.
Baublys23 pretty sure bibby is who replaced Williams. Peja, turk, and brad miller were great too. Oh and bobby Jackson. That was an awesome team.
Yes he was traded for Bibby, but i mean, for those few years Sacramento team was so great. SO much passion each game, and yes B Jackson was on fire man :)
Took the words out of my mouth: there was no Williams + Bibby. Just one or the other.
Baublys23 don't forget about Peja and a young Kevin Martin
I agree. That team was a GREAT team. Chemistry was off the charts. They had skilled big men and skilled ball handlers. And they had FIRE in their eyes. They was supposed to win that year no doubt. J will has mad mad mad ball handling skills. Way beyond his time.
I just appreciate his love for the game of basketball. Even at his age, he is still out giving it all his body allows. That is gold.
It's amazing how much space he can create with just one move. Such a natural instinct.
You can tell he's looking for a pass first I miss these kind of point guards
Devin Bartko his fg% wasn't very good when he played
thieney because he wasnt craving points ;) he would seek and create a pass but only score when necessary ,that's why
Ricky Rubio is the best pass first PG in the NBA right now. Doesnt get love because he doesnt want to score 20 points every game. The guy passes better than Jason Williams, he's always on Top 10 play videos.

Shane Battier

He still has the skill but I doubt he can go full speed in an NBA game
@@9493waltbabyluv bit even sure if that's a full court?
@James Alexander Stfu
Do you mean any city league possibly ! Lol, He would get destroyed on defense If you meant the NBA !!!!

wouldn't be fair hahaah
Or at least one of the coaches
Just sign him up for the 76ers 😂😂😂
I never thought I would see an old Jason Williams play basketball, It just seems unreal to see these players in there prime and then see then old.
Saw him play at the height of his career with Sacramento. What a show.
this game was literally white vs chocolate lol
there was a black guy on the blue team
Two actually
houstonr lol
Literally, people use the word literally wrong frequently. Case in point ☝🏾☝🏾☝🏾☝🏾

Starting pg on miami heat 2005-06 championship squad
DWade loved him...you can tell
People forget that....
Just out there facilitating like a veteran ...
Awesome video! Watching him play for Memphis Grizzlies maybe 100 times was awesome. Jwill made plays every single night that inspire me to this day.
That's the same brand of basketball I grew up playing ,and it was a lot more enjoyable watching the NBA play the same brand compared to what the brand is today.
I agree. I dont even watch anymore. Sac vs LA was great back in the day. Free agents have ruined the playing field.
Always liked his game. Glad he won in Miami
good to see the old man still has a little flava in his game ;)
39 is not old. Now if he was 59 still moving like like this. Than call him old.
the NBA wasn't ready for him. He was like an And 1 player in the league.. Good to see him still hoopin:
anyone else remember the 50 win team youg grizzlies with jason williams and pau gasol coached by the great hubie brown? good times.

Great Player Thank you very much for your hard work💪💪👍👍👏👏
People need to start putting "nba champion" in front that man name when they speak on him. I'm just sayin.. 😏

When did he win one? I dont recall it. Educate me
@@mikegillaspy1721 2006 with Heat. He was also having alot of issues with his knee.
FACTS
Still got game to play in the nba. He is a Legend !!!!
He might not have the legs but he hasn’t missed a step. Thank for entertaining us White Chocolate.
It’s Jason, f’n Williams. He was a STARTING pg in the nba for years and highly respected amongst his peers. He has a ring. He’s good.
I remember playing him on NBA live 2006 when I was a kid...Now I just graduated college.
the court vision...so good...
He may not have been the best player in the NBA but to say he wasn't the most exciting & polarizing player is ridiculous!!!
Aged like fine wine 🍷
He’s trying so hard not to light these guys up, he’s making nice plays at less than half speed
J WIL still has it. Used to love watching this man's passion on the court.
Where the elbow pass man?
His teammates couldn't handle it.
Man! He still got it!
It's like he turning NBA mode on and off 🤣🤣 he'll walk old then start doing some crazy ass cross over
J. Williams was possibly the best ball handler in the history of the NBA and at 39 still looks good.
Love watching him play
J Will, loving the game. Once a baller, always a baller
True legend. Ageless in the basketball court
One of my favorite players
this guy is a Living F-in Legend.
Love it so much! Thanks for the video!
I wish I did not stop playing pure magic play till you drop.
Best flashy passer ever! Fun to watch! Kings all day!!!!!
RuthLessNorCal Maravich! 'Nuff said.
This man make me realize how beautiful assists in basketball , besides steve nash and jason kid
I remember when White Chocolate gave Gary Peyton cement shoes.
That first assist came as a surprise never seen him make a simple pass ever
How awesome playing against or with Jwilliams this man has crossed some mean defenders Kobe, Payton, I could go on.
glad to see J

Amazing to see how the game slows down for him.
At 39 he is still by far the best player on that court!!!!
Now that Is 💯 !!! But the first dudes comment about the NBA or " any team" which I assume he meant the NBA Is hilarious !!!
Jason is still incredible!
He is STILL amazing.
The real MVP is...Player that “shares” the ball or “Assists” and he’s one of them....and really knows how to spell Teamwork...theres no I in it
That's how I feel at 40! Yea right! This guy's super smooth and kold!
I always wondered why Jason Williams didn’t have his own Nikes. Apparently his jersey was a huge seller when he was in the nba so I’m surprised he was never approached by someone.
old but gold.
Man! He can rock on the NBA without problem.
Damn he looks old for 39. Imagine he could still be in the league today, out there looking like a 50 year old.

He could've played another 4 years in the NBA, I always felt he had a lot more left.
Jason Williams for Celebrity All-Star Game 2017. That would be entertaining!
I love it how when Jason Williams crossed over someone, someone sings the ESPN theme song!
It's amazing how quickly the game slows down once they're out of the NBA. This looks like one of my own weekly pickup games.
