I listen to Robins, House Finch, Mourning Pigeons songs everyday in my backyard. I hang feeds for them. I think we don’t have TITS in North America but we have its relatives, Robins and Finches and black birds. Thanks for sharing! #Awesome!
I'm in the US. Love the songs and the moving pictures. Helps identify the songs. I need that because I'm terrible at it. Thank you so much. Stay healthy.
Birds are such wonderful singers. Thanks for this terrific chorus compilation. Coincidentally, I'm currently searching for a particular bird sound bec. there's an unfamiliar bird who constantly sings every 4 am probably perched on the Java apple tree of our neighbour.
So that's a woodpigeon I hear!? I always thought it was an owl! 🤦♀️🤪🤣 Great upload, I'll be listening out for them tomorrow morning. Thank you very much, stay safe all who read this. Love from Edinburgh 💙🏴💙
Where on the coast do you live? I’m up in coastal Mendo County and we have heaps o’ birds. I regularly see/hear Mourning Doves, Eurasian Collared Doves, American Robins, California Towhee, White-crowned Sparrows, Black Phoebes, and the much loathed European Starling year round. From spring to fall I see American Goldfinches, Lesser Goldfinches, Say’s Phoebe, and Savannah Sparrows. Passing through during migration I see Common Yellowthroat, Cedar Waxwings, and Hutton’s Vireos.
@@maryrosekent8223 I'm northwest of Santa Barbara, 10 miles from Surf Beach, and elbow neighbors to Vandenberg AFB!---Cedar Waxwings find my cotoneasters each spring, and make a mess, but heck, I enjoy being able to feed them on migration!
@@alanatolstad4824 While I was living in SF, I once watched a robin and a waxwing get into a duel over who was going to get drunk on some fermented pyracantha berries at North Lake in GGPark. It was very amusing.
@@alanatolstad4824 If I remember correctly, they both got some, but the robin got more since it was stationed right there while the waxwing was doing fly-bys.
How I wish i lived somewhere where it was possible to hear birds other than the crows that have taken over my backyard...i must admit though the occasional chorus of kookaburras at sunset does make up for it 😊
The Strange Lion It says in the caption, International Dawn Chorus Day. That’s probably why, GoldFinch is included! I love watching Blue Tits on BBC Spring watch!
Que belas melodias....Os pássaros músicam a vida!! O engraçado é quando são adeptos de um estilo de música mais alternativa?!! São barítonos, tenores e grandes chelreadores os pássaros fazem magia!! Bela homenagem aos coros!!
This is lovely. However, the picture that comes up for Goldfinch is an American Goldfinch rather than a European Goldfinch and whatever tit species comes up when the Blue Tit sings, it isn't a blue tit.....
Dare I correct the BBC? The call of a woodpecker is not the rat-a-tat-tat heard at 2:20. This www.allaboutbirds.org/guide/Pileated_Woodpecker/sounds# is the call of the pileated woodpecker, as an example.
Yeh the goldfinch is a v bad image. And the blue tit was a great tit image. The Jackdaw image was a crow/rook. The songs seemed correct though. Also, there was a pheasant in the background at some me point, but no image.
Now these are the type of things I like to see on the internet.
What an excellent idea👏 a pleasing beautiful painting at the backdrop and identifying each bird song with an image.
The woodpigeon sounds like a pigeon-owl hybrid that smokes 20 packs a day.

Tits are chickadees, same family, European cousins, American cousins :-)

Hearing so many known bird songs was fantastic
Birds at 4am:
BEAUTIFUL
So sweet voices of birds
Love it! Thank you.
Blessings
I’m hoping the birds can strengthen their numbers during this lull...
Very relaxing and enjoyable, the blackbird always makes me feel of evenings

Beautiful start of the morning with bird Chirps 🤩😍🐤🐥🐦🕊
This is fantastic. It will help me learn the songs... Thank you

Weirdly, an owl does actually sounds like someone doing a bad impression of an owl 😂
Loved it 😍
Thank you for this
This was a special treat! Only 2 birds are found locally in my Coastal California area: the Collared Dove, and the House Sparrow!

Thanks! 👍
The picture of the Goldfinch is wrong, it is for the American Goldfinch and not the European Goldfinch.
Awww❤️❤️❤️
Soooo lovely 🤙😍❤️💋
Birds paradise 🍀🌸🌺💕
Why did they show an American goldfinch instead of a European one
I was asking myself the same question
No or little research taken, the blue tit also shows a great tit when the song plays.
Literally unwatchable

Good
I love 2 birds songs 1 song thrush 2 block bird.
Really fun, but a little oopsie. The graphic of the goldfinch is an *American* Goldfinch, not a European Goldfinch. Again, love the video!
My favourite bird comes like a boss at 1:44 , 2:14
The sounds are very calming. Hope, Virus will end soon

American Goldfinch in a British birdsong montage??
What are they might communicate with each other 🤔

Helpful EDIT// then again, flawed: shows wrong bird for goldfinch. Can I trust the rest?

Would like to know the difference between cool tit & house sparrow ?
sparrow is more on the slender side while tit is short and T H I C C
Thanks

Parrots lovers welcome to my channel
U forget the starling!!!!!! 🙄
Confused
Ah get the Goldfinch right for Gods sake
They've used a picture of an American Goldfinch, haven't they?
James Raiden yip. I wouldn’t mind only the title said British and the European Goldfinch is stunning

Reminds me of Anime Birds Cherping
Something terrible has happened to that jackdaw...maybe it was trying to disguise itself as a chough for more birders' attention...
Why on Earth did they overlap the different species? Are they trying to confuse us with background noise?
no cardinals? jays? starlings? nuthatches? juncos? chicadees? bluebirds? swallows? owls?
Cardinals are only in the new world. This sounds fairly European/British (it's from the BBC). Great tit is a chickadee sibling or cousin (same family)
Re some of the others: I've never heard nuthatches, swallows, jays in the dawn chorus. Maybe they're not early risers...
