Disappointed I didn't set an alert for this so I missed it live, but I'm definitely going to watch the whole stream. Thanks for your work as always, Graslu00.
Mine, my best friends, and several cousins favourite game. I think we played and watched each other play this game more than any other multiplayer game on the N64. It was that good.
Andross' brain in Venom Hard traumatized me when I was a teen back in the day, enough to stop me from going back for three years. Still got bad memories running through the hard route on casual playthroughs, and that's not because Andross was so tenacious.
Impressive to get to see a natively upscaled port in widescreen and full framerate. On the other hand I do wish they would've done the same with the SNES episode that clearly shows its age but I'm not sure how hard this would be.
I still remember the hell I had all those years ago getting the medal on Sector Z due to the fact that the moment an enemy goes off screen it basically doesn't exist. Homing shots then moving on? nope.
I remember when I first learned the alternate route to get a “mission accomplished” The other boss is a lot more interesting. Star Fox Adventures is a great follow up to this game.
The only thing I miss on modern consoles were the frame drops/slow down like when the Infinity Train crashes into the fuel bunker and all of those explosions going off in rapid succession the N64 would struggle to process it all yet it kinda made the scene more memorable imo.
I love Star Fox so much but my brother loves it more because he actually beat it all and on Expert mode it took a bunch of tries but still the best game ever. I still have my real cart of the game and the Nintendo Switch Membership Expansion pack to play it on HD with the N64 controller.
Didn't know by default that Slippy is captured on Titania And I was actually going to play this on my N64 the other day but sadly discovered the cart no longer plays audio
@@kylewiggins3128 I did a 100% stream on Expert Mode around 7 years ago which was the last time I played it before recording this, yes. I'll do a similar longplay to this one on Expert eventually.
Mini consoles are a ripoff and a nostalgia cashgrab. They are simply Linux based Emulators usually RetroArch with controllers like the original controllers at a stupid price when you can emulate those games even on an Optiplex PC with even better Emulators.
Funny how this game had the best voice acting out of all of them lol. The voice acting for Star fox adventures was bad, and the remake for the 3DS was just awful lol. But anyway great playthrough, this was one of my favorite games as a kid
Pretty smooth flying, Gras Truly one of my favorites growing up and to this day just the addictive fun gameplay and the Voice acting is still memorable and charming Odd I have no qualms this being so smooth compared to Ocarina of Time
I remember trying so damn hard to get a medal on Aquas (to get the on foot multiplayer; have later seen that this multiplayer looks like it sucks😛). For child me, and probably for adult me tbh, that level was BULLSHIT!
One of the greatest games ever made. Great stream too. Thank you.
I borrowed this game from my cousin, did a barrel roll, and gave it back to him. I gotta ask for it back real quick again.
You should! Great game.
Remember playing this day and night back when I was 8 or so... Boy those were the days
Almost 30 years later, they still haven't made a Star fox game as good as this one.
This might be my favorite game of all time. Simpler times when I would come home from school and do a run of this masterpiece.
Have watched a few others of these. This is good stuff man. Great job.
This is amazing stuff. You're doing a great service by providing the best ways to plays these classic games.
I watched the last half of this live. Great stuff Graslu.
Great game, thank you for playing this gras!
Aquas at 60FPS is crazy
Great work Graslu! Star Fox 64 is my childhood!
Such a legendary game

Clean run. Well played
How many time have you played Starfox 64?

Awful follow up. Totally different game.
Assault I would say.
Final Barrel Roll count: 7
Now find them all 🤣
Multiplayer Online would be soooooooooooooo fun
Really enjoyed the stream! Good memories

Could you imagine this in vr!? Playing from the cockpit would be so cool!
Better keep a bucket near you to throw up in. I already tested playing it in VR on a huge screen in front of me and it's hard to stomach.
God bless the Ultra 64, god bless ❤
Well done!!
Amazing.
I dont think was possible 200 hits in Meteo with not warp
Hey, man. Have you done Expert Mode? You'll have sunglasses to look like James McCloud still playing as Fox.

Is there an alternative soundtrack for the first stage Corneria ? I remembered something different
As far as I know, no. Are you thinking of the SNES version of Corneria?
@Graslu00 no I am talking about n64 version. I ll will let you know if I find something, most probably nothing

Starfox 64, my first game in the Nintendo 64. Great stuff.
Hi bro, question; How did you put your username under the power bar?
I made it with Photoshop and added it manually with Vegas.
Is this buyable on Steam? I haven't played in forever.
No, Nintendo does not release their games on PC.
@@007spudman It's the PC port, no emulator is mentioned in the description.
@@Graslu00Yeah I read past that my bad I'm pretty tired.
Imma stream this next
HI Graslu00 what up question do you have or are interested of these games
Smuggler Run Warzone, Top Gun combat zone, Asphalt 3ds, Cold winter
Never played those, no
Mine keeps crashing outa no where. Any fix?
Check their Discord and share the crash log
is there anyone working on porting jetforce gemini that you would know about?
@@devvn4671 not that I know of
I would totally be there for it but it's a matter of time, ressources and interest.
This is PC port?
Yes
@Graslu00 niiiiiiiiice
can someone upload the n64 controller config file ? the input screen is soooo bugged. how could you even play with like that?
Which controller are you using? I had no issues with the Switch N64 controller after a manual remapping.
@@Graslu00 I use a real N64 Controller connected via a USB Adapter

We need an N64 mini! And a Dreamcast mini.
N64 mini is not going to happen anytome soon, or so I think.
Your best bet is the analogue which will come out Q1 2025.
I already pre ordered mine

I'd rather see a proper compilation on PC and consoles for the Dreamcast than having to buy a small Raspberry with a pretty case.
