Ps4 Witcher 3 Wolf School Gear DLC Bug

So I am just showing to a full extend the bug that doesn't allowed you get the basic gear of the DLC "Wolf School Gear". Till this day I haven't found a way to fix it so my best chance is to share enough this videos explaining what is happening so it can be fixed in a new patch for the game. P.S. Sorry for the heavy breathing but I recorded the audio in my phone so yeah.
