I do weighted pistol squats and nordic curls. I worked my way up to 3x8 at 12.5kg weighted pistol and 12 bw nordic curls. I don't know if I am just naturally better at advancing with leg exercises but I am nowhere near your level of strength/skill in terms of upper body but I know it take time to build. I was going to ask you that if I just focus on mastering l sit pull ups, archers pull ups, explosive pull ups. So, basically bodyweight variations versus doing muscle up with resistance band will carry over to muscle up better for the future? I may pop into the discord at some point to talk about training soon.
For sure thanks for the exercises! For muscle up variations tbh I just got strong with the basic muscle ups first, then i start by changing grips... when I feel confident all I did was try the variation I had in mind and find ways to do it. All the MU variations I did only took a few attempts at most because i had a lot of visualization beforehand. But yes basic strength in your pull ups and muscle ups will play a big role as well
Thanks! I will do a training vlog soon. For jumps its about practice and technique, focus on pushing ur feet into the ground and, tuck in at the top and reach out ur legs when you are landing, Think about going up and down instead going forward
Congratulations bro, high level
doope allways loved your jump stuff
Gotta remember that your past shuttle run (8.6s) consists of reaction time as well, so timing frame by frame will result in a slightly faster time!
Ah makes sense I didnt really think of that... it includes both the PE teacher's and mine so timing would not be precise
Nice video man 👍💯🙏🌟
I did 8x3 pistol squat and 300 single leg rope jump on each leg on my leg training. It hit pretty hard ngl
oh snap thanks! I will definitely be doing pistol squats but prob not jump rope
that key chain is the same girl thats you wallpaper right
(¬‿¬)
2 split jump lunges + 1 jump squat.
Complete as many rounds as you can under 30 seconds. For 5 sets. Rest 1min
Your legs will be dead trust me
Wow okay I will definitely try that! Thanks
