Shrek is the best Dreamworks franchise, and the Shrek 5 trailer has been taking forever, so I look back at our favourite All Star's legacy... In Shrek 2, the ogres are invited to visit Far Far Away by a messenger and his team of trumpeters. One of the trumpeters starts to improvise a jazzy little song, and is promptly shut down by the Herald. To my astonished shock, I have figured something out that shouldn’t exist- A mystery with this funny trumpeter at its centre, that flips these films on their head. A dark secret, with “Reggie the Trumpet Guy” at its core. I am sharing it with you today, in my most overzealous theory in ages. Enjoy!

You have all been involved in a grandiose experiment spanning a couple of months in which I sequentially present the theories in an increasingly absurd manner so as to test public interpretations of the overall mood presented. This is the zenith, and is ever-so-slightly tipped into the more “ridiculous” territory, indicating my limit. Often these tests are more logical than absurdist, and this one is more absurdist than logical, or so it appears. It is focused on the suspect, “Reginald”, as opposed to the legitimate core of the theory which was Merlin and the Fairy Godmother. What was and still is presented about 35% as an intentionally delayed April Fool’s joke, has of course got the underlying observations and general thesis surrounding the population of Far Far Away, and how the Shrek Multiverse has an underbelly metaphor relaying how libertarians in Far Far Away react to absolute monarchies with memes, similarly to the real world.

If you wanted to make a more serious theory, you could’ve claimed that Reggie became the Pied Piper or whatever the name was.
Well in all seriousness this theory’s core is basically that all of the band classmates DO like quite visually similar, and of course the more logical conclusion is that Merlin, yes, did have something to do with it (hence being fired)

Morgan Le Fay is actually King Arther’s half-sister. Her mother, Igraine was already married to Duke Cornwall when Arther’s father King Uther met her and immediately lusted for her. So Uther kills Cornwall, then he has himself magicked to resemble Igraines husband before he has his enjoyment of her which is how Arther is conceived. In various legends Morgan Le Fay has an incesty relationship with Arther as part of her means for seeking revenge for her Father and Mother and has a son she names Mordred who she also uses as a tool of vengeance against her half brother.
Here’s a theory. After Total Drama’s generation 1 contestants clearly demonstrate a hatred for Chris and the show. Why would Gen 2 and Gen 3’s cast sign up for a show with a host that’s gone to jail for toxic waste dump and shows a lack of a remorse for his competitors

Why would Reggie find me? Are you not the one who is unrobing his secrets? Should he find you?
I actually found it interesting that you came to a conclusion that Reggie's "meme cult" is opposed to the monarchy and is trying overthrow it in some way. But here's my opinion on that. Shrek himself, being an outcast monster, has the only legitimate motivation to throw the monarchy into chaos and he actually succeeds by marrying Fiona. In fact a lot of the character of Shrek and the whole story throughout the series revolves around his animosity towards being pushed around by people in power. Anyways you should explore Shrek the character more in future videos and maybe tie together a theory that it was his plan all along to be the ruler of Far Far Away or something like that.

Honestly I never even realized that they were playing All Star as Shrek walked in that's pretty funny. Also as a person who was in band for five years, yes meme songs are very common.
I wholeheartedly admire the ability of The Theorizer to make such an absurd idea as "Reginald the trumpet player is the leader of a cult" and make it serious. His combination of formal language with a dark piano intro and intense, orchestral music throughout the video beautifully transforms a goofy joke theory into a masterful and wonderfully-woven story. Thank you, The Theorizer, for your bravery and tenacity in uncovering the mystery behind such a cryptic insertion as Reginald's independent trumpet playing. We truly needed this.
