I love your channel. I noticed that you have stayed longer in Panama. Do you enjoy it more than Africa? Is it because the Visa is 180 days? I would really like to know your opinions and experiences.

Hi…thank you so much! Africa is home and I will return. The visa does make it easier regarding worldwide travel restrictions due to this pandemic in giving people time to sit still and wait until the Covid numbers and travel restrictions lessen or improve. But Panama is a melting pot of cultures and has a substantial expat and Afro-Latino community … so much so that I don’t feel like a fish out of water, lol. Everyone blends in. I’m having to learn a different language but the people are so nice and patient, and a good many are bilingual so that helps. I’ve come across a lot of retirees here from the states. It is very nice and peaceful here, but I definitely do miss the Motherland. ❤️
