- Hi Guys,
I'm back to tell you all about my recent texture release treatment! I decided to try the Avlon Texture Release Treatment in an attempt to wear my natural hair out more often and take a break from wigs. I have fine, 4C hair and also suffered from post-partum shedding so I was really nervous about this but let me know what you think of the results!

Your so right that it appears everyone that has a texture release has the longest and thickest hair. But you knocked it out of the park! You look amazing!!!! I’m getting one no doubt.

The product instruct to avoid applying on scalp as it’s glycolic acid. Best to start from ends of hair and work up usually using a brush.

So relate. I have the same type of hair. I don't find it easy being natural. Also my hairline is very thin.
I lost my whole hairline after I had my daughter but through sticking to a routine and moisturising my hair regularly it grew back!

Did it loosen your curls?
It didn’t feel like it when I first had it done but you can see the difference in my curl pattern in my wash day video! It’s so different now!

How much was this? I work round the corner from this salon and have been too scared to go in and ask loool

She needs to be careful as the solution is not to touch the scalp
