I would love if you would ask a guest when this topic of relief comes up when winning things because of culture/top down ownership/manager pressure to deliver.
Do they think it's possible for teams to have success without feeling relief when they win?
The phrase : Do you love to win more than you fear or hate to lose?
Perhaps you could use that when asking about the culture. Can you have a culture where it's all about the love of winning and that drives the unrelentless drive to win. Or does the drive often come from the feeling of big losses/disappointments.
Would love to hear many guests discuss this topic if possible.

These are great podcasts watching this particular one, then reading the comments makes you understand why people are at the elite end of the spectrum in this case in sport but others are not.

Absolutely amazes me how Saints’ players - James Roby as an example - doesn’t get a shout with Damien. When all clubs went professional, Saints grabbed it better than any club, just like England RU did after RU went pro. We’re still talking about Wigan even though Saints, when they’re all on a level playing field, have taken it to the next level. 🤷‍♂️

Nonsense, the Bradford Bulls set the super league on fire and we had a great rivalry, chris joynt still took an involuntary tackle, cheating rat.
Lol. If we had the owners you had, we would be exactly where you are now.
Look at our lost talent due to 3 administration.
Great to see you doing well tho.. allt best

@@imnotavingthat6813 in 2022, my comment is valid, as we have stayed at the top for a long while. Not trying to be arrogant, more about full-time level playing field. Miss the Bulls, that 96 - 02 rivalry was fantastic.
