What a Legend Moz is. I remember when I was a kid in 1995 I won a competition at Leeds RL junior Blue & Amber Club to go to a players’ dinner and I was put on same table as then reserve / academy players Morley and Golden, a couple of years later he was biggest name in British Rugby League. Morley was my fav player for years and loved how he went over to Oz and flew the flag for British Rugby League.

Can’t wait to listen to this. I finished his book ‘Moz’ a couple weeks ago. I physically cringed and laughed out loud many times while reading the book on the LA bus. Very good!

Ace pod lads. Moz is a real character for RL and a great ambassador for the game!
P.S. thought I’d miss Jon (weird I know) but I’m enjoying hearing Mark’s questions, comments and responses for a change!

Moz is a legend across the sport. Grateful to have seen him for and against the Wire. He got it wrong sometimes but ultimately he was the fiercest of competitors. Something that seems a little lost on the game now. “Can’t make an omelette without breaking a few eggs” 🤣

Moz, as a teenager, was one of the nicest lads I played Rugby with... the complete opposite to his persona on the field. The first "encounter" was taking a high pass from my scrum half & hearing him coming! 😂 A week later, in a Lancashire trial, luckily, in our team was Ian Watson passing me the ball with Moz inside, Sully outside, Nathan McAvoy in the centre partnered by Joey Hayes. Not a bad group! 😂

Im glad players are calling for GB. It was never a good idea to abandon it and the egos that run rugby league need to admit it was a mistake. Before we had players branching off to play for the national teams for the World Cup.. not everyone aims to play for England because they got rid of GB. Another Shit move by the RFL
