Can you only use the devices that’s part of the spectrum plan? Or say can I use my daughters iPad that has no relation to my spectrum monthly plan that is just trying to get WiFi on it

I want to stop my router from broadcasting that signal. Any ideas?
Call Customer Support and their advanced internet team can disable it
what is the username and password is it the ones back on the router or the ones that we login in the web to pay the bill
