The Bishops Battle

What if the end of the game is the beginning of a new adventure?
A cartoon where J.J. Cooney must fight aliens, armies, and starships to get back home?
Trapped on Level 13 of the Bishop of Battle arcade game for the last thirty years, J.J. learns just why the video game collected him; The Bishop of Battle wants to recruit him as an assassin. Soon enough, his marksman skills impress the Bishop even more, gradually becoming a digital gladiator.
Soon, the Bishop of Battle decides he'd be most useful working for him, removing him from danger. He instead promotes him to bounty hunter. From there, he starts doing the bidding of the Bishop, who promises him passage back home... at a price.

this would make a great short movie, I'd call it Nightmares. And I would have a few other short stories along with it. I bet Emilio Estevez would be perfect for this role of J.J.
