    This is wonderful.
    This opportunities allow them to have a purpose and help their community.

    We are hoping to do something like this in our area, but startup costs are huge and an impediment to doing this. We've tried to partner with local service provider organizations like Elwyn and Devereux, but they don't really see the benefit in doing this. How do we make this a reality?

    in my struggle to find my niche in humanity, I've seen the darkest corners and lived through deaths gates. i can say, that after watching this i have the utmost respect for you and your organization. a "renewed " hope for your species if you will. keep up the awesome work you do!
