    Madam Cecil Vig your receipe to preserve Pineapple was amazing and excellent. Can we store in Horlick bottles and how do we know they are heat resistant bottles. Pouring hot boiling juice won t it break. Thanks. God bless you and your career.

    • @cecilvig
      @cecilvig  4 года назад +1

      Lourdes Noronha, thank you very mich for this positive feed back. I do not know much about horlic bottles.
      To know if they are heat resistant, bring water to boil, then pour the water into the bottle. If it is not heat resistant, it will break. I do not know any other method to find out if a bottle is heat resistant or not.
      Many Blessings to you as well. Thank you indeed!

    After your procedure, is it needed to be stored in refrigerator or at room temperature (tropical country)?

      Mahmood Seraj, thank you so much for your comment.
      You can store it at room temperature.
      It is important that your storage jar is well sterilised.

    • @cecilvig
      @cecilvig  3 года назад +1

      VenusRisquez, I have never had any issue storing my pineapple using this method, and I have been able to store them for up to eight months. when preparing, hygiene is the key, and sterilising your canning jar and the lid with boiled water is also very important.

      @@risquezsunev1266 you are welcome. The jars can be store in a cool area in the house.
      I normally store mine in the basement or in the kitchen cupboard.
