The big Indian IT outsourcing companies (InfoSys, Wipro, Tata etc) that our govts engage, only care about profits unfortunately. Consider KRA's terrible system, which was done by Tata of India. The best Indian talent avoids them like the plague.

How will hospitals, and SHA protects people's personal information from cyber insecurities happening all over the world? In developed countries, all healthcare facilities are individuals in and must have secure measures to protect all users portals. Kenya is experimenting too much with unsuspecting or naive population and exposing personal information to bodies illegal. Many Kenyans are now trapped.
Kenyan government likes to copy good policies from other countries but they don't go there and learn how these countries went about in achieving them and not thinking of the Hurdles it has to face and overcome, for it to be successful. Copying and not putting measures to implement these Policies to the fullest is doing zero work.
Case on point, this our current constitution. There are parts of it that we just copied from developed nations but we weren't ready for at all! The policies though are a big concern.

They're not holding up the end of their bargain- no allocation from treasury and no employers matching. Also- we have been told of the limits of SHIF. It can't cater for much because only 20% contribute- it can't cover the needs of 100% of the population. Unless the government takes up its leadership role and allocates the 50 billion for UHC, unless country governments comply, unless everyone does their part-- we all suffer, politicians keep stealing to cater to their private interests, It's a shit show. How will hospitals, and SHA protects people's personal information from cyber insecurities happening all over the world? In developed countries, all healthcare facilities are individuals in and must have secure measures to protect all users portals.
Kenya is experimenting too much with unsuspecting or naive population and exposing personal information to bodies illegal. Many Kenyans are now trapped.
Kenyan government likes to copy good policies from other countries but they don't go there and learn how these countries went about in achieving them and not thinking of the Hurdles it has to face and overcome, for it to be successful. Copying and not putting measures to implement these Policies to the fullest is doing zero work.
Exactly my thoughts. It is a sign of a government with untalented politicians without genuine ideas who are also thieves and liars.
