Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments.Starting early is simply the best way of getting ahead to build wealth , investing remains a priority . I learnt from my last year's experience , I am able to build a suitable life because I invested early ahead this time .
If you're new to investing or don't have much time, it's best to get advice from an expert. Investing without proper guidance can lead to mistakes and losses. I've learned this from my own experience.
True, A lot of folks downplay the role of advisors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for license advisors and came across someone of due diligence, helped a lot to grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to approx. $850k so far
Sure i don't mind. I've stuck with ‘’Sharon Ann Meny” for years now, and her performance has been consistently impressive. She’s quite known in her field, look her up.
Thanks for sharing, I just looked her up on the web and I would say she really has an impressive background in investing. I will write her an e-mail shortly.
Diversification is the secret to optimal performance. This is why I have my interests set on market sectors based on performance and projected growth, such as the EV sector, renewable energy, Tech, and Health. Keep investing regularly and you'll be blown away how much it can change in a few short years. Here's to $1 million and to FIRE
Safest approach i feel to tackle it is to diversify investments. By spreading investments across different asset classes, like bonds, real estate, and international stocks, they can reduce the impact of a market meltdown. its important to seek the guidance of an expert

Susan helped me so much in savings! Yani I’m so grateful for her. A year listening to her and following along with the good stuffs she shares changed my life. I was able to save a lump sum for the first time. She is a gem❤️ sending you love from Tanzania 🇹🇿
Lynn, You are an Angel That has been Sent from Heaven to help address Social issues and the very things that touch on the human life. Yours is a Calling from God. Your reward from God will be great my sister... We Love you for what you are doing to humanity.. Keep on doing this great and noble duty.. I will be glad to host you for a similar talk in my Church God Willing..
Lynn... This is the best show you' ve brought this year. Very informative of all the shows. People are illeterate financially out here, plis bring people of this calibre more. Experts in their area of specialisation. Thank you so much Suzzy.
Lynn, yani hapa ni classroom. I love being in the LNN network because it's like attending a prestigious school without paying school fees. You literally teach us about EVERYTHING; relationships and marriage, business, investments, family, religion and spirituality, giving back to the society eeei ain't we blessed to have you. One day I will be your guest to shade some light on life abroad, please panga utembee France pia 😊. Super excited for this episode because the amount of time and money I have spent on chamas and saccos I need to know if this has a future or not. As Always ROAD TO 1M. 🎉
I'm so grateful for Coach Susan Wanjiku. She helped me understand budgeting for my expenses and saving my money in very ideal institutions. I've achieved a lot financially after following her very practical "Financial Literacy" classes. I think she should be the next Cabinet Secretary for Finance in Kenya. Her content is ever educative, entertaining and engaging. Thumbs up 👍 Susan.
Watching while in my bed as always. Am 38 but financially free coz l started investing in business early. Looking forward to educate my fellow Kenyans soon
Investing in Roth IRA can be a good choice since they are funded with after tax dollars, your contributions can grow tax-free over time. When you withdraw money from your Roth IRA in retirement, you won’t have to pay tax on it, which will help you keep more of your hard-earned money. I retired with 5 million dollars
If you’re new to investing or have a more complex financial situation, It can be helpful to work with a financial advisor who can provide personalized guidance and help you make informed investment decisions.
On the contrary, even if you’re not skilled, it is still possible to hire one. I am a project manager and my personal port-folio of approximately $750k took a big hit in April due to the crash. I quickly got in touch with a financial-planner that devised a defensive strategy to protect and profit from my port-folio this red season. I’ve made over $150k since then
Finding financial advisors like Rebecca Nassar Dunne who can assist you shape your portfolio would be a very creative option. There will be difficult times ahead, and prudent personal money management will be essential to navigating them.
I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Lyn Ngugi for bringing Susan on board. Susan's teachings have truly transformed my perspective on managing finances, and I am incredibly grateful for her guidance. I now feel empowered to make wiser financial decisions. Thank you, Lyn and Susan, for making such a positive impact on my life!❤💫
Wow I didn't knw a friend could be this informed. Happy to see you Susan a childhood friend. You need to help most of us here. Thanks Lynn for hosting her. Watching you from USA seattle Washington.
Am Ugandan. I've been following Susan's since 2022. And I've learnt a lot from her, still learning. 1 Advise though, whenever listening/watching her don't be destructed. focus like you're in class coz we have to fight poverty.

Lynn, this is such a treasure. So priceless and so hidden from the people who need it the most. You have no clue of your real true value to Kenyans. How I wish Kenyans can invest in the true value of information available to this special information age. You are the light house that this continent so desperately need.

This lady has a hidden talent, She explains things in detail. I have watched many of her videos and all I can say we need such brains and talents in our classes and lecture halls.
Lynn and Suzan, hello from Uganda ❤. Lynn I have learnt so much from this conversation that I'm feeling on top of the world with my finances. Now I know what to do next. Thank you Suzan for the lesson on what a SACCO is for, and for showing me that I have to get knowledge on Financial Literacy FIRST before i decide where to invest. Thank you for that example on Asset-rich and Cash poor people; l have seen this around me. Thank you Lynn, this interview was worth the length of time it took😊. God bless you both. Susan I will definitely come to your RUclips channel 👍
I have come here to watch this episode, courtesy of my best financial literacy coach and pal, CuttieKijo. Half-way in, and am already blown away! From Waceke Nduati's "Making Cents- Real conversations about personal finance" and now this, all in the space of 10 days, am asking myself how did I just fluke by life? After more than 20 years in P & P employment, for the first time someone is making "financial freedom" look realistic and not a utopian ideal. Did someone say she's only 29, but she speaks with the wisdom of the ancient sages. I'll echo what one of the commenters said, it's like attending an Ivy League classroom, but without paying those stratospheric school fees!
This lady is just amazing. I opened an MMF account and am soon quitting my Sacco so i may pump my funds in it monthly. This knowledge on investment should be introduced in secondary schools at form four level and in colleges,,,,,,, so one may know what to do after school.
This show is top notch, i love how informative Susan is and how she delivers it, for sure she is a good teacher. Thanks alot may God bless you you two abundantly
I am up at 1am listening to Lynn & Susan.... until the end... l just couldnt stop midway. I cannot explain how timely this is for me. Thank v.muchvLynn for bringing such precious people to us. Be blessed.
So how exactly can we guard against the coming financial reset for 2024? Like what are really the best strategies to make our portfolio recession proof against the incoming financial reset? I'm very worried about my $110k stock portfolio.
Knowledgeable Investors know where and how to put money during a crisis in order to reduce risk and maximize returns. See a market strategist with experience if you are unable to manage these market conditions.
I agree, having the right plan is priceless. My portfolio is well-suited for any market and recently doubled since early last year. My CFP and I are aiming for a seven-figure goal, which might take another year to achieve.
Great gains! Can you share your CFP details? I'm gaining more cash flow from my job and want to invest in stocks and alternative assets to build wealth.
Thanks for sharing. I curiously searched for her full name and her website popped up immediately. I looked through her credentials and did my due diligence before contacting her.
Its so important to have an emergency fund. I remember how as a struggling graduate student in America I never had enough it wasn't even a hand to mouth living, it was bad. When I finally graduated and got my first job, I started saving half of what I made, I hated poverty so I was ready to sacrifice. I also read every personal finance book I could find and started putting money in a retirement fund, buying stocks and bonds, investing in Kenya, etc. Now I'm at a place where I'm not worried about the future unless something really unexpected happens. Please listen to this lady and start putting money away, even if its just ksh5000 a month, you'll not be caught off-guard.
😂Lynn, I thank you very much for hosting Susan. Very inspiring, very down to earth, very talented. I am on the fifth floor and am still learning money management.
One lesson I've learnt from billionaires is to always put your money to work, and diversifying your investments. I'm planning to invest about $30k of my savings in stocks or bonds this year, and I hope I make profits.
You are right. The best approach I feel is to diversify investments- by spreading investments across different asset classes like bonds, real estate, and international stocks, they can reduce the impact of a market meltdown.
That makes sense. I’ve been using a financial market expert for two years now and I own a six-figure diversified portfolio from investing in stocks. I want to diversify more this year, though.
Sonya Lee Mitchell is the licensed advisor I use. Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment.
to be honest after watching this i've just realized that my plan to wealth was completely off. this helped me to get on the right track towards achieving my financial goals. thankyou
Thank you Lynn for having Susan on your show I am a dedicated follower of both of you and this is one of those conversations that needed to be louder ….. Susan always great to listen to you … very composed and clear orator!
I'm very good at saving. Black tax tried to shake me a bit but I drew financial boundaries on everyone coz we can't live like this. Kila mtu ajitegemee. I'm very proud to be called stingy ❤
Lynn, this was a much needed information. Susan's made the money matter easier to understand. Thank you so much, Lynn, for your continuous care and support to our African community. May God continue to bless your heart. I stay tuned for the next session.
Thank you Susan Wanjiku. I love listening to you on your Friday Shows. Tha nk you Lynn for letting her express herself in the best way she ca n because we all understand very the very essence of investing. Keep up the good work.
Wow. Very informative. I really wanted information on Mon Market Fund and this has just done it. Bils and bonds to me seemed like a big thing that needed a lot of money. Financial literacy is what we should be learning from pple who are honest. Thank you Susan. Thank you Lyyn. Good job.
I am watching this now from Nyeri after a friend referred and shared the link with me and gee, the programme is information-packed. Kwanza hapo pa I might not be a bad spender after all. The problem might be income problem. Thank you God for this channel. Kudos!
This information will save generations for thousand years if Christ tarries. Thank you Lynn and Susan for allowing God to use you to empower generations. I have listened from beginning to the end. Very informative. Looking forward to the next topic. Making Wealth.
One of the most insightful LNN conversation. This is what I desire for my children to make money work for them and to be financially literate! It takes intentionality! My mother raised us to invest and and today I am grateful for those early lessons. Susan has a a young lady from humble beginnings but leveraging her brilliance! Great FREE financial advice.
It's never too late to start over, years to come, i will come back with a testimony . I must change the way i handle my finances. Whoever has ears let him/her hear. Thanks Lyn and Sue
She is soooo good at what she's doing and a good 'teacher'. Am now wiser! Thank you Lynn for bringing such powerhouses! For sure people perish for lack of knowledge!
One of the reasons i follow up these stock videos is to improve the returns of my investments and i can’t really say I’ve been seeing noticeable change though …. I’ll keep following to improve my investment philosophy anyway and find better ways to create smarter investments.
Investing in this economy is a hell at times for the average person that wants full control of their finances, Even investing in ETF stocks can be risky
The question to be asked at times is not if the government or the economy is responsible for the sudden dramatic shifts in the economy but if we are taking the necessary measures to avoid making losses no matter the situation even if the pay roll is not in your favor.
One of the reasons i follow up these stock videos is to improve the returns of my investments and i can’t really say I’ve been seeing noticeable change though …. I’ll keep following to improve my investment philosophy anyway and find better ways to create smarter investments.
What would you consider the necessary measures though? I was at a seminar two days ago where investors gave their opinions on how we can better investment for proper returns.
I have actually subscribed because of this babe, this are nuggets of wisdom I will listen to over and over again.please bring her again to educate us on how to invest besides bills and bonds, what's her take on building rentals etc
Wueh! Happened to me yrs back. I got this job and I was just getting on my feet. I did it in almost a year. Wueh! In January I was called to the office and they said that was my last month at work. I was traumatised...I cried. I don't even want to remember.
Ngai, I have learned a lot today. I invested in a money market, but withdrew my money because I heard there was a scandal. I think they are still operating. I have two Sacco’s including Maridady. This was very interesting teaching and I will look into the bonds. Asante, for this, something I needed to hear.

That sacking was a blessing in disguise, probably you'd still be there with no savings, no investments and in debt.
For real🙌🏾🙌🏾
My husband is so much into treasury bonds and money markets he will be so happy to listen to this.
Mine too,He is encouraged me to also start to invest
He is going places
Hope you're too mamaa

This lady has opened up my mind. I’m taking action today. Thank you Lynn for changing my world ❤
Thanks Lynn for hosting Susan, the best show for me ever! I have learnt a lot from this young lady, such wisdom and eloquence. Go Susan go!
I agree
Very true
Wow inspiring
I listened to her and woke up from my dream I had MMF account but I stopped contributing in 2019. I have activated it and also started buying bonds
😂Lynn, I thank you very much for hosting Susan. Very inspiring, very down to earth, very talented. I am on the fifth floor and am still learning money management.
This was one of my favourite episodes! Lynn you need to bring her back. Very informative. Woow! 🙏🏾
Someone denied me this information, glad i got it,thank you Lynn 🎉❤
One lesson I've learnt from billionaires is to always put your money to work, and diversifying your investments. I'm planning to invest about $30k of my savings in stocks or bonds this year, and I hope I make profits.
You are right. The best approach I feel is to diversify investments- by spreading investments across different asset classes like bonds, real estate, and international stocks, they can reduce the impact of a market meltdown.
That makes sense. I’ve been using a financial market expert for two years now and I own a six-figure diversified portfolio from investing in stocks. I want to diversify more this year, though.
Please who is the consultant that assist you with your investment and if you don't mind, how do I get in touch if you don't mind

Just realised that this doesn't involve any complicated math like physics...just advanced knowledge!!
This lady is so educating... Wonderful
I love how Lynn is a good Student Asking Questions to define everything
It's never too late to start over, years to come, i will come back with a testimony . I must change the way i handle my finances.
Whoever has ears let him/her hear.

At times not just creating smart investments but buying assets can improve your profit margins in the long run.
I have actually subscribed because of this babe, this are nuggets of wisdom I will listen to over and over again.please bring her again to educate us on how to invest besides bills and bonds, what's her take on building rentals etc
I guess buying land on high End.

Just an example.

Thanks Lynn for hosting Susan,I have learnt alot concerning Mmf,gvnt bills n bonds....
Wueh! Happened to me yrs back. I got this job and I was just getting on my feet. I did it in almost a year. Wueh! In January I was called to the office and they said that was my last month at work. I was traumatised...I cried. I don't even want to remember.
Wow, Susan is so intelligent and eloquent. This is one of the best episodes I’ve watched recently.
Ngai, I have learned a lot today. I invested in a money market, but withdrew my money because I heard there was a scandal. I think they are still operating. I have two Sacco’s including Maridady. This was very interesting teaching and I will look into the bonds. Asante, for this, something I needed to hear.
Me too
Which money market was that
Lynn, thanks for bringing Susan on your show.

Investing and trading now will be the wisest thing to do especially with the current economic fluctuation and inflations.
That's awesome!!! I know nothing about investment and I'm keen on getting started. What are your strategies?
