Great move on lap 2 down the inside, although I was worried on the following lap the car behind was going to do the same to you as he did on the previous to the other guy.
Initially, it seems like the field spread wasn't big as my race here on Monday, so at least your race wasn't as boring as mine. Good Job John 👍🏻

      Thank you 👍🏻
Yeah this race definitely seemed a lot closer than the one you found yourself in.

    Well done John.
Doesn't matter if you think you deserve P2 or not it's where you ended up so happy days. 👍

Good stuff John, never seen this track before. How are you finding the WSS? I've been practicing my sim driving since last November but haven't ventured out in to the real online world yet. I can keep a consistent pace at very hard level on AC ai races now so think I'm nearly ready. Would you recommend WSS or LFM even? I don't think my budget is going to stretch to iRacing.

Between LFM and WSS I would say the Mazda MX5 racing is more friendly/cleaner on WSS.
The way you have to do a theory test then a driving test is geared towards teaching you the driver about clean racing. On WSS you also need to do 5 clean practice laps before you can enter a race to show you know the track. LFM you can just jump straight in with no practice. On WSS you have a short 12 minute race every 30 minutes, on LFM it's every 2 hours and I find people can be desperate to pass knowing it could be a long wait until the next race. WSS is fixed setup in the Mazda so if someone is faster it means they are driving better and not just downloading a better setup than you. On LFM in the Mazda I was getting punted or knocked off the track every race. I have not had that problem on WSS. Accidents and contact can still happen but with a smaller grid on WSS I find it happens far less often.
Hope that helps 👍🏻 and you never know I might see you on track some time.

Start 2nd finished 2nd. You deserved that. Might not have been as fast but your mistakes were not as great as your compitition.

Still making plenty of mistakes yet so room for improvement.
