Rosanna Toto Keyboard Solo Yamaha Montage MODX Keyboard Synth Cover Sounds Demo

Rosanna by Toto! Based on the videos I’ve seen of them live, they play this with multiple keyboards, a backing track for the delayed sine synth and of course a full brass section. With the Montage and the MODX, it’s possible to play this with a single keyboard setup. I’ve setup the key ranges so that even with a 61 key synth, this song can be played live. The Scene Switching allows for multiple mute groups with several layers and splits to switch from one part of the song to another. The solo part is a split between the brass section sound on the left and multiple synth parts on the right. Assign 1 brings in the bpm delay sine synth and the portamento solo synth is brought in by the mod wheel. Assign 2 raises the cutoff frequency of the main solo to recreate the spacey synth in the 3rd part of the solo.
