    This is something that definitely targets the anglers more than the fish

    • @carper123
      @carper123 7 месяцев назад

      Why? Seems way safer than a standard inline/lead clip system.

    • @theblobfish9614
      @theblobfish9614 7 месяцев назад

      I dont think so. With an inline lead the carp also just has to pull a swivel out of a rubber tube

    • @carper123
      @carper123 7 месяцев назад

      @@theblobfish9614 In the event of a snap off with a conventional inline lead the fish will be left trailing the leader and the mainline.
      With this system the fish is only left with the hooklength like what would happen with a chod or helicopter.
      I think if this system was brought out by Korda (I think it's patented so they can't) people would be going crazy for it.

      @@carper123 okay yeah i can see that, been a while since i watched this video originally. I still dont see paying 8 bucks for a lead. I pay one. And also: when i learned to fish we used to have a leader that was lighter than the mainline, whats happened to that in carpfishing?

    Very innovative lead system, only PB comes close with a similar concept. Much saver than most other companies leads. In case of a break off the carp is only left with the hooklink instead of trailing some length of leader/mainline.

    Lot of people don’t understand this system. When the line breaks the fish will be left with the rig only that is the difference. Now they complain about the price like carp fishing is an expensive hobby to begin with.

  • @AndyNuberg

    So what im understanding here is, if Korda have done it, no one else can? Im pretty sure you can compare this situation to supermarkets and they're own foods. Everyone will go and copy it regardless putting their own twist on it. Dont see how crapping all over a company's product just because its a similar design to some other companies. Looks like a great bit of kit and I like the concept will definitely get one and give it a go. For those who this is 'too expensive' for im sure Lidl or Aldi will bring out their version in about 5 years you can get one then!

Which when you are spending over 2k on a RK ticket is nothing...and i agree prices are ridiculous at many places now. I fear for the price increase at Woolpack now it's under new ownership.
      This is targeted at the average angler who will keep their leads and fishes day tickets/runs waters. And if a day ticket this item is probably cheaper than 1 day of fishing, or a KG of bait from a good supplier. You are correct it has become comical 👍
      But comparing a running lead system to a semi fixed lead clip one, is a bit comical too

    More 🐂💩 products no one really needs next we will be using drones cameras & echo finders just to catch a carp . Or you could use old fashion watercraft and skill built up over years of fishing properly 🍺🍺
