Most gym equipment only offers straight or flat bars. Our body, however, is not made to move one-size-fits-all weights with only one grip option - at least according to numerous studies and the best coaches on this planet.
From a biomechanical perspective, our arms should move freely while lifting in order to alleviate pressure on your wrists, elbows, and shoulders. This problem can become especially clear with pulling movements like lat pull-downs, pull-ups, deadlifts, and barbell/machine rows because these often have limited grip options - unlike chest or shoulder exercises.
Let's use dumbbell press as an example: Here, you intuitively choose a range of motion that feels most comfortable on your joints and that squeezes your target muscle most effectively…
“So why not use such a natural range of motion with all exercises?!” is what we thought back in 2017. So far, we have solved this problem for 60,000 clients by offering a handle that adapts to them and not the opposite.
• 💪PREVENT SHOULDER AND LOW BACK INJURIES : The fitness grips can be attached to gym equipment and allow for free range of motion. Most gym machines become adaptable to your natural pain-free movements.
• 💪UNIQUE DESIGN: Designed with an arc shape, fits perfectly to your hands, which is ergonomic and makes it more comfortable to use, helps relieve stress hand and reduce friction injuries.
• 💪VERSATILE USE :You can use these on just about any piece of equipment. they can attach to resistance bands, home gym equipment, gym style cable machines, and even functional training equipment.
• 💪DO MORE NEW EXERCISES :By changing the different holding postures and rotation movements,You can add more moves in pull-ups , deadlift.
• 💪SATISFACTION GUARANTEED : If you experience an issue with your LARA STAR product. Please get in touch with us in time. We will provide 100% money back satisfaction guarantee within the shortest period. - Развлечения

Angles 90 at 1/5 PRICE: amzn.to/30V2uJ8
I was literally one klick away from buying them from A90's homepage by seeing a ad on FB. Luckily something told me to confirm A90's by looking around on RUclips first. This guy saved me a lot of money, and I'm not rich. Bless you and thank you for sharing.
thanks for watching and subscribing
It looks like my original comment didn’t go through, but I wanted to mention I have both these and the Angles90. They’re actually not exactly the same.
The differences are subtle so these are still a great choice. The differences really are in the shape, feel, strap length and stitching. They’re different enough where I can tell they’re made differently with different molds and in different facilities.
The first two differences are subjective. Angles90’s straps are a tiny bit longer and their stitching is more consistent and enforced. These Amazon ones are still a very good option though.
Really appreciate your feedback, since you have both of them. DO you have a preference of one over the other? I def. think the handles (from either company) are worth $20 to add to a home gym, not sure I'd pay over $40 though....
@@NoFate247 sure thing man! I got the Angles90 on Black Friday deal where it was 2 for like $70 and split them with my friend. I wouldn’t pay more than $40 either.
When gripping them from the curved side up (Angles90 calls this ergo), both grips feel the same. The difference in feel is when you flip them and then, I prefer the Angles90 because the shape feels better in my hands. My personal recommendation is if you plan to use these grips for a variety of exercises like cable work and pull-ups, the Amazon ones will be more than fine. If you mainly use them for pull-ups and do a lot of weighted pull-ups, I personally would shell out for the originals for the peace of mind with the strap quality and stitching, but even then the Amazon’s should be okay, especially based on your video. I did see a review about the strap breaking, so that’s concerning, but I’d imagine you would have to do something wrong or be doing weighted pull-ups with high body weight + bunch of plates. Price is what you pay and value is what you get! I think this is similar to Titan vs. Rogue in a lot of respects.
I also know a lot of people in the home gym community like to support original creators and not copycats (e.g. Thompson Fat Pad, Ab Mats, etc.), so that may be another reason to grab the originals.
To be honest, I wasn’t disappointed with this style of grip, but they didn’t blow me away either. I was excited to do cable flys with these but I really did not like the way the straps felt between my fingers and dug into them when pulling horizontally. I much prefer D handles. I really mainly use these for pull-ups and nothing else at this point. I would use them for deadlifts if I didn’t own a trap bar.
try these with face pulls, I love the squeeze and feel of using these instead of a rope.
Did you say that correctly? Are the angles 90 a longer strap? When I look at what angles 90 says, they report that the fake most grip one is actually longer reducing ROM. Can you confirm? I wanna buy the shorter one lol.
Always glad to check out your vids as a fellow dad trying to save money. Keep up the good work inspiring others 👍🏽

Thanks so much for watching and subscribing
I just bought a pair of these off Amazon but it was a different brand name and it cost me $17. I bought them to use on the pull-up bar either at home or the gym. It sounds like for the price it was a pretty good deal to use for back exercises. That's really the only reason I bought them and I wouldn't have paid $60 for them that's for sure! Nice review! Thanks
Yeah I wish the original ones were pierced better so you didn't have to buy the knock offs but like you said you wouldn't have paid $60
thanks for the heads up on the pricing! was thinking of purchasing these one day.
Great Price for the brand I got but obviously not worth the inflated angles 90 PRICE. Let me know if you grab them, love to get other's feedback
@@NoFate247 I noticed the prices even for the ones you mentioned in your video went up. But on camel camel camel, it looks like the price fluctuates a ton
@@kylebeng price as of this morning was 22$, but Amazon fluctuates too especially with their coupons. Bet it goes down for black Friday. You thinking of getting a pair?
Wish I had seen this video before. Ordered a pair directly from their website, but they never came. In the end, I gave up chasing them. Brilliant video, great at marketing, nothing else
Did you call your credit card company to dispute the charge?
those look useful and durable
So this seems like a total crap gimmick to me. You seem to have a good history with them for your training so I can’t l can’t knock that. However, I did look into this and I wonder if they are indeed the same item. Firs,( you mention a 300lb limit. The real Angles 90 lists 400lb. They also seem to have a patented design and make their product in Italy, according to their website. Second, I get a shipped price to my door of $49 versus $30 (or $20) on Amazon for the Lara whatever it is (they have two different links with what appear to be the exact same product with a $10 difference). I’ll be the one’s on Amazon are cheap Chinese knockoffs - someone mentions a strap breaking and hitting them in the face. Like I mention, this is a hard pass for me anyway, but if it’s a matter of intellectual property, I’d gladly spend $20 more and not give the money to the commies - or Bezos….great review; as always, keep up the good work!
Appreciate your breakdown. These are literally the same exact product as angles 90 so I honestly don't believe they are made in Italy. What's the last plastic item you ever recall made in Italy and sold in the USA?
The price of angles 90 is lower than usual cause of a black Friday sale fyi
@@NoFate247 Haha. Right on man. Other than pasta and olive oil, and good looking women, not sure Italy actually produces anything. Sports cars I guess? So you’ve just gone down the path that they are shysters. I can dig it. I have no skin in this and I haven’t seen you smash a product or company like this. I’ll buy your take. Thanks for responding.
Hi !
Thanks a lot for the video !
Just note that they are not "probably made in the same factory".
Angles90 are made in Italy, MostGrip are made in China. But thanks !
You are right. Not really familiar with many Italian made products here in the US. Most stuff here is made all in the same factories. Do you have angles 90?
@@NoFate247 No, I don't have them. As you say, I think the price is too high. I ordered today the MostGrip after seeing your video ! I think even if they're made in China, quality seems nice.
I feel like you and LMZ need to do a collab! That would be dope
We did on Instagram but he doesn't want to do another one 🤷♂️
Ordered!
What color you get?
@@NoFate247 just the orange ones, easier to find in a crowded gym bag
I bought those angles 90 because i didnt know about other options. I decided those for my back training
Do you like the angles 99
@NoFate247 It haven't arrived yet 😅
@@uvenga ohhh OK. What you end up paying
@@NoFate247 54 bucks shipped to chile
Hey man, can't seem to find them on amazon anymore, do you have another link for them ?
amzn.to/3CSJ34J
What we pay is for the R&D that went into the product and the early production.. copy cats don’t have that cost and just eat off the hard work of the OG company.. only one ripping anyone off is this Amazon product that completely copied a design
Did angles 90 copyright or patent their design? They may have a law suit
@@NoFate247 Really, dude, are you that naïve or just feigning ignorance. Chinese companies copy every remotely successful piece of fitness equipment on the market...because China doesn't respect property rights. Amazon gets notice of copyright infringement, shuts it down...eventually, and then the Chinese manufacturer rebrands and carries on selling the clones.
How about as a cable attachment for flys?
Doesn't work well for that cause the handles won't rotate well in your hand, becomes ackward
@@NoFate247 Thank u
Your video created such a demand they raised the price to $25 now... eBay has some at 19.99 but from a different company..
They'll probably go back down on black Friday.
Its ridiculous how they can even ask for $70. I boufht one from amazon $12 with the coupon.
Nice!!! How is it holding up
I feel dump paying full price for the angles 90
It's OK...they are great and will last. Don't beat yourself up
That intro looks like it’s about to hurt so badly *
If was mad heavy
No I have never try 👌
Definitely worth the $20
just ordered a set lol
Of the Amazon ones or angle 90
@@NoFate247 amazon, based off of your video
Smart move!!! Definitely let me know how you like them
What a disingenuous review. Buys a knock-off then negatively critiques the original. No.
At least shell out the money a buy the original if integrity is important here.
Thank you for watching and subscribing. Have you used the original?
So charging for a product you actually design and develop is a "scam" but buying an imitation product is a good thing??
Thats a pretty stupid position if you want people to innovate and bring us new products...
This is an old video and you are right, I should have given more thought to angles 90 IP. Unfortunately, most people don't pay $90 for something they can get for $17 after coupon. Also at over $60 I probably wouldn't recommend these handles based on how little they would be used in a home gym
@@NoFate247Im impressed you replied on what is, as you point out, an older video. I think one should more or less never encourage piracy. Not saying there are no exceptions, but the general rule should be the guy who does the "intellectual" work gets to sell the product.
@@andersbjrnsen7203 I always appreciate criticism of my videos cause it helps me improve. I think the problem Angles 90 has regarding piracy, is that they don't have patents / trademarks on their product (which is manufactured in Italy). They would need to get those in US and China, etc. to legally be able to claim IP theft. I know (in speaking with Angles 90) they've tried to get Amazon to shut down these sellers but there isn't much legal recourse that would allow that (to my limited understanding)
@@NoFate247 that would be correct. Parents are the only way to protect this kind of "physical item" IP. I would also suspect that this item is not "original" enough to get a patent anywhere, there are after all thousands of variations on grips, rings and handles in the world, and this one isnt that different from everything else. Neat little idea of course, but still just an ergonomic grip. Not that I do patent law! Thats for specialists!
Liked the review btw, and have ordered (the Italian one)😊
