  • Angles90 grip can be used on pretty much any exercise involving a bar or band, allowing for a more natural motion, with the intent on reducing strain and the chance of injury.
    After watching countless videos on social media about this product, I decided to bite the bullet, and I was definitely shocked.
    The Heavy Duty Nylon Straps, the sturdy and ergonomical construction of the handles, displayed that a high level of thought was put into the design.
    The grips can be used in a multitude of configurations and the adjustable lengths provided me with enough variety to replace most of the bar attachments in the gym.

    I just bought a knockoff pair of these and they seem pretty good. I bought them for pull-ups and I had no idea how many uses I could get out of these things! Excellent video thank you!

    During this day and covid-19 age, having your own grips is probably a great idea. Thanks for you review!

    When using the a90 for deadlifts you want to stand on a plate to avoid losing range of motion

    What would you reccomend the best configuration for lat Pulldown?

    • @GrownandHealthy

      I like the "ends" aimed downwards and looped around bar, to avoid slipping.

    i like that this is the first video (and I have been searching) that has any real cons for the angle90 thingys..... I have been trying to ask on their site about sweat and heavier weights but been told this is not an issue.... but from looking at them it is... and NEVER seen these used at the gym or on ANY other videos besides some review videos....
    ALL the videos they look extremely new and not worn at all.... with people saying they use them often (if so the lettering would be worn and they would look at least a little used..)

    • @GrownandHealthy
      @GrownandHealthy  4 года назад +4

      They will slip, under enough load with sweat and combined with the smooth surface. In truth, I have used them plenty and the reason why mine still look new ( even now), is due to the material (hard plastic, without knurling). I don't think you will ever see wear on these because of that. Maybe damage or dirt, but not wear.
      If there is any point of wear, it will be in the straps. Be careful where you attach these straps, rough surfaces will fray the straps and lower the integrity.

    So helpfull, where can you buy it?

  • @stevenzak199

    I've noticed that this set comes with a single carabiner (not one for each). What would you use that for? I also wondered: When would you hold these so that your hands are on the inner curved part, and when on the outer curved part?

    • @GrownandHealthy
      @GrownandHealthy  5 лет назад +3

      The one carabiner is for attaching to the cable machine, often times people take off the attachments with the carabiner included..this is to save you the trouble. I use the curve away (from me) for rack pulls and curve towards me for pullups.. The difference is mainly for (maintaining) grip.

    One of the worst fitness tool ever. I am a high level cali athlete, but i cant do any pull up with these beacuse those straps are literally cutting off the skin between my fingers, and the grip is unstable and unconfortable as hell. (No, my grip strenght is decent) so... Maybe its useable for some lighter weight and other gym stuff but overall i really dont recommened to anyone to buy. :(
