I think something in the transmission is rubbing and locking it up
Starter motor is jammed/teeth not inserted properly. Remove starter and reinstall

Nah, the engine was locked up. The manual swap kit I was using wasn’t letting my clutch and pressure plate spin. It was hitting the bellhousing, locking the engine up, so the starter couldn’t start the engine.
