I've met Gene Simmons two or three times now. Although I don't agree with his promiscuous beliefs (to each their own, every soul is exactly where they are supposed to be, for we can always learn from one another even if it's just to know what you don't want to do/be like - promiscuous...lol) I found him extremely intriguing. The first time we met at a red carpet gifting suite in Hollywood. He and I were chatting (one of the most intriguing and eloquent conversations I have ever had with a celebrity) and my publicist interrupted us to meet him. I had never seen someone so bluntly yet kindly put someone in their place. He basically told my publicist off for her rude demeanor of interrupting us. It was not only what he said but how he said it. 2nd time was hysterical and quite the opposite experience. We were at a NYE or Oscar party and when I started chatting with him & said we had met before he said, "Did we... uh... you know?" I almost fell over laughing and said something to the effect of absolutely not/in your dreams. lol. but now watching this video I see why he might have to ask that... lmfao. 3rd time I think was a ludacris party at their house or some kind of event where they (him & gf/wife) were there. another funny story - they took the mic away from me while singing karaoke in Vietnam to the song by Kiss: I was made for loving you baby! true story. I grew up with my brother playing drums to their music 24/7. lol. This world is about embracing diversity, learning from and loving one another. So much is "marketing"...Playboy's was a "squeaky clean Men's magazine". But later on towards the time Hefner died a few of his closest "GF's" admitted the girls were given drugs and had a curfew. Weren't allowed out after a certain time. Doesn't this make him sound like a PIMP? He just happened to have a mansion in Holby Hills near Beverly Hills in California. They just never show the dark side of life at the Playboy mansion. Managed to keep that hidden. What happens when some one takes too much drugs? They never showed that and never made it in the news. Had to have happened over and over. There had to be 300 pound bodyguards on the premises at all times. To stop guys from hopping the fence to get on the property. Etc. Never shown. Or what happened to girls who stayed out till 4 am... I did like how Gene tried justifying his ways...fake or exaggerated...The idea of 1 man or 1 woman...he tactfully said if that's what some people prefer fine...what it comes down to...people who do stay faithful mostly do so because they "couldn't cheat even if they tried". No one would be interested in them. A question Joy never asked..."If you COULD....would you? (live like Gene Simmons)"? And no one got hurt. Had a very open relationship. Something that would be needed for any woman marrying a rockstar. Has to know what she's getting into. Plus, in all the Gene and Shannon interviews...no one ever took the angle of...Shannon isn't innocent either. She posed nude for Playboy a few times and did blue movies. Did Gene complain about that? Nope. He understood who she was. How much truth there was in Shannon's not approving of Gene's ways...none of us will know. Maybe that was staged. If not then she's another confused blonde. SHe did A, then B then C but still wanted G. If she truly wanted a husband or BF that was 100% loyal why not a dorky accountant. A very NOT a ladies man.

Judgemental yet she goes to the centre of "that life". Or was one of (there was the Penthouse Magazine mansion, Hustler...etc.)...why go there even for her show IF she thought one way?
