For the High to Low crossovers, does it make much of a difference if I push down instead of swingiung around? WIth hands starting near the sholdres and pushing down at a slight angle from the body; like the decline crossover but standing up. Thanks.
There’s going to be a limit to how far you can go with Push Ups. If you have access to a Cable Machine or Resistance Bands, you can try using those instead of dumbbells. 💯
Yeah these workouts will work your delts too. Usually chest workouts are a secondary muscle to the tricep and delts. This means you use those as the primary muscles when exercising your chest.
