    By the waaay - Apples and grapes sold in plastic bags is not that popular in Poland. We usually have vegetables and fruits without packaging

    I love when you talk during the videos because it feels very personal and that you care, but I do completely understand that it prevents you with having family time. So maybe limit which meals you talk on and don’t. Love you!! Thank you for your help through recovery

    My dietitian is actually steering far more towards calorie dense, sugary, fatty processed foods and for a while she even excluded vegetables from my plan and said that they were actually the foods considered most healthy and nutritious for my body haha x

    You don’t have to explain yourself to people about what you’re craving to eat, you have whatever you want girl as long as it’s enough!! And you’re fuelling yourself❤️ you know what you’re doing rn and you’re going through a tough journey😘 keep it up

    Hey, just to remember some people that you dont need to have a four year ed to recover, ok? you can just recover, you know, even if it doesnt even have a year. Its actually better, the less time you have that ed the easier it will be to recover from it, dont worry and really try not to compare your disease with others disease's.

    Hi, your probably dont read this but i hope. I need to ask you something. One thing that hurts me is that i think everything is boring and freetime is just "times to wait til i can eat". Im scared of freetime now cause it dont wanna do anything (it has been this for years and - no antidepressant dont help. This is one huge thing for me and make it harder to recover cause my ED take up some time (eat slowly, OCD around food/exercise etc). And if i recoverthen i have even more time i dont now what to do in. Also cause nothing is fun its really hard to distract. I eat really slowly cause thats like the only thing i can somewhat enjoy, or at least it is something to do. I also eat very very late cause i get extrem anxiety (its been worse over the years) if i eat early and then have really long time to i can allow myself to go to bed etc.
    Did you, or anyone else feel like this?
    When recoverd/weighrestored, did this disappear? Do you then find things fun again?
    And would love tips on what you other do to distract/fill your days whith? (can be anything that costs money..) also has to be smething you can do alone cause i dont have any friends or familiy.
    I have done severak serious suicidattempts cause i find all of this unbarable cause if i dont like to do anything, why live?
    What do ou other do in the days to make time pass?
    Please help..

    This video really helped me because I was struggling with eating for around 4 months and wanted to start to recover but I still wasn’t eating enough. I haven’t had my period since August 2018 and this video has really made me want to recover and get it back. Thank you ❤️

    I woke up motivated as well. I am tired of fighting the process and ready to embrace growth and change. We've got this! I am really tak8ng on my fear foods this time.mi always "recovered" on safe foods and that just keeps me boxed into a corner.

Also, it's great to hear that someone else has those repetative cravings, cuz I probably ate the same breakfast for a good six months everyday! 😂 Always remember that you deserve more than to feel guilt about anything!     omg i have a 3 year old border collie Australian cattle dog mix (mcnab) for my anxiety too!! its so awesome that someone else has a dog like me for recovery too. :))

      @@recoveredbakes3675 my coeliac dietician told me the Lindor are not gluten free - I think she said the dark lindt and maybe the white lindt are ok but not the milk? but I can't remember - it's the lindor I wanted! first maltesers and now this!!! xxx

    My Problem is just that when I let go I start to eat like a monster I fell like binging (like eating a whole cake or whole back of biscuits....😭)

      Mika Kiomy Dont worry it’s not binging, I’ve done that too, it’s extreme hunger ❤️ if you’ve restricted yourself from these sweet things your body freaks and is scared that you won’t get it again so wants it all in that moment ❤️ your not a monster! If you honour it your cravings will be less intense and you will be more satisfied when your body and brain trusts that you won’t restrict yourself of it ❤️

    I love you honesty. It shows that there are others that watch that may think they are alone but we can see that others are with us and we are not in this alone. If you are trying to gain weight, one helpful tip that I would give is to at least double breakfast portions to gain instead of maintaining weight :))
