Thanks for sharing again . I was anxious for this week's show and can't wait for next week's . Your doing a great job promoting this great sport and way of living . Thanks again Bruce
Thanks a lot Bruce. I had a busy week this week so I better start putting Episode 5 together. I don’t know what I would do without trapping. Probably be in jail. 😬
No rule. Some are a quarter-mile part and some are 10 miles apart. It depends on how long my line is and how many traps I have. And also what the spots look like. Some are better than others, and have priority.
Do any AZ trappers teach courses outside trapping season? I have the class to get the license coming up but that is just book work. I would like help building traps for the upcoming season. Is there a local trappers guild or a point person to reach out to for help with that? Or is it kind of sink or swim on your own? Near Sun City AZ but I could drive wherever.
I know the trapping education class is May 27th at the Ben Avery Shooting complex. Are you going to be there? And you are wanting to build your own traps instead of buying? I can get you in touch with several people that can give you some help from the Phx area. I’ll be there too.
@@trappingspots I am signed up for that class on the 27th. I received an email that they were going to mail me some info to review but the post office has not delivered it yet. I saw a video outdoormike did about building your own cages and I thought that was a much better route than buying them. I would much rather build than buy but I don’t own welding equipment. It would be great to see you there!
@@stephaniepeterson3159 absolutely I’ll be there and I can get you in touch with Mike if he comes up and he can be a little bit more detailed on the cage build.

What a great week! I can see why you chose that cat to taxi. What a beast! I hope you show the final product on that one.
I will.
How far away are you setting your traps apart from each other is there a rule of thumb where spacing will be most effective?
Thanks! Great video.
