Dude, it is cool to see you back on it with The Warning. You have been missed.
Gosh there is so much for you to catch up on. I was trying to think back to when you last reacted to DPA and i think that they had probably only released the first couple of songs from their EP, Mayday. Since then they dropped the full Error album. They have put out OMVs and lyric videos for all of the songs. You might check out their videos form their concert at Teatro Metropolitan in August of 2022. Professional sound engineering/mixing and videography for the whole show. I think you will be so impressed with their growth, Dany's vocals in particular. There is an ever increasing level of maturity to her sound and a controlled growl she has added to her repertoire. Their two live performances from the 2023 VMAs on MTV are pretty awesome as well. The ladies definitely recognized the significance of that opportunity and brought the heat to their performance that night. The exposure they got to an audience that might never have chosen to check out a rock band was immeasurably important for them. Their downloads and views are up significantly since that show.
New music from them is imminent as well.
Looking forward to seeing more from you.

It is good to see you back, I always appreciate your god and thoughtful reactions. The Warning is an anomaly in the music business, very rarely is a band better live than on record, but they are. Do check out the VMA performances and the Teatro Metropolitan well filmed and good sound. Its a 2 hour show and even the brief intermission is worth watching.

Glad to have you back reacting to TW Maunalee!! Please react to Evolve and MORE at the MTV VMA’s in 2023. They take both of these songs to another level “live” at this performance!! Plus these ladies did a pro shot concert called Live at Teatro Metropolitan CDMX(22 videos), that every song they knocked out of the park! The crowd was rocking and so was TW!!!😊⚡️

Aloha Maunalee and welcome back! Yes there are so many more female fronted/all female rock bands out there now! And I don't mean pop bands...rock bands! And The Warning is leading the way to greater acceptance of their place in the music industry. Halestorm, Evanescence, Paramore, Band-Maid, Jinjer, Pretty Reckless, Plush, Lovebites, etc. But The Warning has a special spot in my heart because they are so strong in every sense of their musicality. Welcome back to The Warning caldera...because their artistry is as wide as it is deep! #APDVillaReality

Welcome back! Yeah, this was fun music video, showing the fun side of the girls. Many Warning trivia props in the video. The VMA 2023 show featuring MORE and EVOLVE was a calculated risk, because they cancelled one of the Guns N Roses concert openings to be able to appear on the awards show. They took it to a new level. Check it out.

Welcome back to The Warning! Somewhere, packed away, the Magic 8-ball was saying, "Yes Definitely"! They performed this song live at the MTV VMAs, and it was very enthusiastically received. It was followed up by what they have said was their best performance of their song "EVOLVE". The video of that is on their channel and on MTV's channel, and I know Charlotte will love it!

This video is chock full of fan favorite easter eggs, from the donut pillow and the cushion with Ale's face on it, there are just so many that the fans recognize and love. I like this song and as others have already mentioned the VMA performance of this song is on a whole other level. Given how much you love Zombie from the Cranberries, I wonder have you heard the Bad Wolves version? Doloris was supposed to join them in recording the song on the same day she unfortunately passed away. They released the song anyway and gave all the proceeds to her children and I think it is one of the best tributes and performances of Zombie I have ever hear other than the original of course, brings tears to my eyes every time I watch the video.
One little criticism though, the music video volume was fine, but I could barely hear you and had to turn up the volume. Other than that it is great to see you back.

I love the way your face lights up when you listen to The Warning. Since they signed with LAVA RECORDS they have been getting the exposure and reach that they really couldn't get on their own. Their album "ERROR"(produced by David Bendeth) is great, start to finish, without a single stinker in the mix. I think the silver lining to the lockdowns was that it gave the girls ample time to to really hone their stage craft so when the restrictions were lifted they hit the ground running with a finely tuned stage show. Their U.S. tour supporting Halestorm and The Pretty Reckless was a huge success. And yes, I agree Dany has finally come into her full voice. They are not little girls anymore.

Easter Eggs!! this video is so full of Easter Eggs!
there's everything from gifts from fans to actual situations that happened IRL at concerts... Dani's donut pillow, Ale's Bass guitar, the Dr. Simi dolls, Ale getting up off the carpet while playing, Ale's cable falling out of the More Box, and Petunia, their camcorder they use(d) everywhere, even makes an appearance...
the best Easter Egg, though, is the video's screen ratio... it starts off at the old 4:3 and then steadily progresses to today's 16:9 as the video moves along... the screen ratio movement is a relentless expansion and might be seen as a metaphor of DPA/TW's upward trajectory in the industry... they are moving fast and are certainly not genre-locked 😹
PS: when you hear this song live, it hits a lot harder and has a grungier sound than this studio version...
DPA/TW also say the song is about wanting more... more out of life, more food, more friends, more of everything... some also like to say that it may be about The Warning Army 😜

This Music Video performance of the song actually drew criticism from some fans for being too poppy. You know, the old "my band is going the wrong direction" thing. I remember hearing that when Led Zeppelin's third album came out. Well, yea, this is probably their most poppy song. Wait till you hear it live, though. Ain't no poppy song live. You're going to get flooded with requests to see their performances of this song and Evolve at the VMA's, and I promise if you do watch them, you won't be disappointed. New music is due out this year. They previewed two new songs, Sick and Hell You Call a Dream in concerts in Mexico, and they'll blow you away.

If you think Halestorm is cheezy, I wonder how you feel about the fact that Lzzy Hale gifted Dany a guitar during a performance, a Gibson Explorer, similar to the one James Hetfield has 😆I kinda like Halestorm, but I agree that their lyrics can be a bit cheezy, they often go out of their way to show how badass and rebellious they are, and it can feel a bit immature and cliche "rebellious rock" at times. I do like their music though, and I think Lzzy has a nice voice, and she actually seems like a sweet person, I mean, she supports The Warning, and Dany, Pau and Ale are as sweet as can be. If there was a nobel price for good parenting, Monica and Luis, their parents, would get it I think.
If you want to react to more of The Warning, this song, and Evolve at the MTV VMA's are a must, as is the Teatro Metropolitan performance from 2022, especially Queen of the Murder Scene, and Enter Sandman.

It's funny in an ironic way that you mention Halestorm because TW toured with Halestorm for nearly 40 shows in 2022. And Lzzy Hale had a custom white Gibson "Explore" made for Daniela. At their show in Irving, TX Lzzy gave it to Daniela on stage during their set.
Suggestion: The songs "More" and "Evolve" from the MTV VMA's, even though you've done the m.v. for "More" the live performance is watching, maybe with Charlotte.

The Warning BLEW AWAY the MTV staff and audience at the VMA's last Fall. They started with a much harder, richer version of *More,* then finished with *EVOLVE.* Even if you don't react to them, you should watch them play those two songs at VMAs. They were both done in ONE TAKE. Hardly anyone there had heard of them. When they left the stage, the roof of the place was in space somewhere... The producer was heard saying, "I'm a fan - HOLY SHIT!" over a live mic to the rest of the crew. But back to this music video. This isn't really rock, it's MTV '80s POP. I like it, but it is my least favorite Warning song. *Evolve,* OTOH, is genius - lyrically, musically, and as a performance at the VMAs. If you haven't heard their second album, *Queen of the Murder Scene,* a concept album with 13 songs, listen to it in its entirety, preferably with the original vinyl album open in front of you, while watching the 2018 Lunario debut concert. It's sheer brilliance from the minds of EARLY TEENS! Of course, everything from their other two albums is worth a listen, as well. These rock prodigies don't write bad songs. They are best heard LIVE, so watch their concert videos on their channel, or linked from their website, thewarningband.com. The 08/29/2022 Teatro Metropolitan CDMX concert is the mother of all Warning concerts, and contains 22 incredible performances. It's a mixture of new and old from all three albums. Everything about that whole show is excellent. Best of all, it won't get blocked in reviews.

FYI I never give a 10 to a song just from one listen. So no problem here with your giving it 9.5. 😊

Next? A lot of suggestions for Evolve, the MTV VMA's version. And yes that's a good one. I would also recommend Hell You Call a Dream, and Automatic Sun, which is my current favorite Warning song. I'm new to your channel, I just went through most of your Warning reactions and I think you have done a really good job. I will subscribe.

Percebeu que todo dez primeiros segundos de toda canção do The Warning é estrategicamente elaborado para chamar a atenção de imediato? Elas são super talentosas, virtuosas, eu diria.

This is probably not the best representation of their music but I like it nonetheless. They are a little harder than they are here, having some fun and being a little more commercial than usual. Watch them do "Evolve" on the VMAs from a few months ago...

You should re-visit Enter Sandman live. Anything NEW and LIVE is better. They kill it live.

I was worried you wouldn’t like it. I don’t know why? I always loved the video, but I wasn’t sure about the song. It has really grown on me. ♥️😎✌🏻

Been awhile since I saw one of your reactions. Remembered you had long blonde hair & just moved. Yeah. Few years??
Glad you like *More.* To me. It's not the song I'll go to. Warning did introduced two new songs from the upcoming 4th album live for 3 shows (back in the closet until officially released) called *Sick* & *Hell You Call A Dream.* They were 100% better than *More.*
Anyway. I will disagree with one thing what you said. It's about the radio surveys. Those surveys usually are designed for a predetermined outcome. North American market is hostile for hard rocks bands that are not a certain way. Either being a mixed outfit (black / white members with a female lead line the 1970's Mother's Finest (still popular in Europe). To Vixen in the 80's. Unless they're playing pop instead of hard rock. Radio didn't promote hard rock female bands. Even The Warning has difficulties breaking into the US market. But they're changing to bigger venues in Europe with the demand for tickets for their European shows in April.
It's been over 40 years since radio made a legit rock star in this market.

If every review is a 9.5 or greater is it really review? 9.5 is very good. Just note that the live version hits a bit harder and you can actually hear the cow bell ( Pau bell?). The latest greatest version came from the MTV awards show. The Warning was the only band not nominated but played on the secondary stage. They blew everyone away! Even the producer was impressed.

I know that you purposely went back for the official music video...but their live versions are ALWAYS better! For me, More has a pop sound in the video...but the live performances are rock and full of attitude.
