The thing about Alejandra is she is by her nature an introvert and quiet. She isn't shy or lack confidence. She never has. From the time she was about 3 or so she never felt she had to be like Daniela and Paulina. And she is comfortable with that and being herself. There are clips of her refusing to be on the microphone because she didn't want to do it. It's like any of us, if there is something we don't want to do we don't do it. It doesn't mean we lack confidence or that we are shy or timid. Alejandra has never felt like she has to be like Paulina and Daniela to fit in. Alejandra's strength is she is going to be her natural cool, laid-back self regardless. For example. As the girls were preparing to get made-up for walking the red carpet at the VMA's Daniela was so nervous she told her mom she had an upset stomach. Alejandra said she didn't have that problem, "I have the power. I will be nervous when it is time to be nervous. Right now it is time for make-up and get dressed. Nervous now? No."
At the end of the Teatro Metropolitan concert while the crew are clearing the stage and Daniela is interacting with the crowd, Alejandra is consoling Paulina who is in tears. And she continued to comfort her older sister until they left the stage.
If Alejandra doesn't want the camera on her when they are in private, she lets the person know, in non-verbal language, because that's how she is, to go away and get the camera off her.
So, you really don't know her to make the judgement you have always had of her as being shy, in a shell, lacking confidence is really not correct.
You pick out panty lines when they don't even sexualize themselves? Come on. You say Paulina is natural and Daniela learned to become a front woman and I guess Alejandra is what? She can't be herself? Sheesh, I thought you would have changed. I'm sure your two daughters are different personality wise, but Alejandra can't be different from her older sisters?

The reaction was practically nothing but praise for the band and positive things and you make it sound like the complete opposite. Unbelievable. If I were to watch that concert for the first time now, and I didn't know much else about them, I would come to exactly the same conclusion about Ale. It doesn't mean anything bad. It's just a reaction to that music video and what she sees in it and that's what these videos are for. Or what? These reaction videos wouldn't matter if everyone knew everything about them.

Ale not giving a rats ass about what you or anyone else thinks about her choice in underwear (cause there is zero chance she didn't know).... was one of the firsts reasons I knew that we weren't going off on new direction after "more" came out... I noticed too, and loved it, I said to my daughter at the time, its a really good sign that Ale feels perfectly comfortable in her own skin, no concerns about what the "industry", or pageant people... will think her wearing granny panties ( not my term, but what my kids call them), everything is just fine with our favorite rock band! - Paulina is outgoing and naturally theatrical, which I find very entertaining to watch.
-Daniela enjoys being on stage and has worked hard to develop her skills as a frontwoman and in my opinion, she has more than achieved it.
-Alejandra, she behaves differently on stage than her sisters. The impression she makes on me is that she knows how to create a small world around herself in which (without being in any way isolated from her sisters), she moves and reigns gracefully for the pleasure of her numerous fans.

Ale is still a teenager for me that fact alone makes her amazing not to mention her skill on the bass and backing vocals. They are honest hard working artists who stay true to themselves and produce quality rock music which is refreshing.

Yep. "Pageant mentality?" They out-dressed many of the best-dressed at the MTV VMAs Red Carpet ceremony, but that may have been one of the few occasions in their lives when they pulled out all the stops. The story of The Warning is one of consummate professionalism, integrity, creativity, will, talent, and the genius generated by hard work, team work, and passion. It isn't the least bit about their damned underwear. It's about their lyrics, their sound, and yes, their warnings. They're not a "bunny band." As many have said, they aren't "all about appearance," although they present that tastefully. It's about the fan experience and the connection with the crowds' hearts, minds, and souls. Watch the 2019 Dakota Bar concert. They're dressed way down in casual clothes. But their lyrics and tasteful playing and soulful harmonies will blow you away, break your heart, and make you cry.

You heard the song out of context. This is the equivalent of an aria from an opera, heard by itself. The ‘opera’ is Queen of the Murder Scene’, the entire album first performed live at the Lunario in 2018 when Ale the bassist was only 13 years old. Ale barely looked at the crowd and was focused on the music. She looked fierce, as if her massive bass guitar was a wild horse trying to get away from her. By the time you saw her here, she had gained confidence, standing tall, with just a shrug of the shoulder enough to elicit a roar from the crowd. From those who have seen them in concert her bass thunders through a concert hall, ‘Thunder Ale’. I think she is doing great.

Ale is not shy. She is introverted, which is her superpower. Many folks don't understand that. She is trained as a jazz bassist, and has been performing at a high level since she was nine years old. *Queen of the Murder Scene* is a CONCEPT album, or a rock novel. They wrote it in their second language, starting when they were 16, 14, and 11. It tells the story of a young girl who is obsessed with a guy she cannot have, who barely knows she exists. The obsession turns dark, into murder, madness, and worse. The entire album is presented in a video performed live at the Lunario in Mexico City in November of 2018. That concert is the first time they performed it live. It is raw, dark, real, emotional, amazing, and was performed in front of a live audience of people from all over the world! It isn't perfect, but my goodness, they were 13, 16, and 18, in an independent, crowd-funded band, performing a rock novel that they wrote, composed, rehearsed, recorded, released, and performed, with the help of their parents, a professional manager, and some hired help. The album seems to be out of print, but it was a double LP with a huge booklet of lyrics, artwork, and a painted portrait of the band. The show features the same (and more) artwork on a giant screen behind Paulina, the 14-year old drummer who conceived and wrote much of the album. Dany wrote the second song of the story, *Crimson Queen,* which is a quiet ballad that sets the stage. It tends to make grown men cry on cue. She plays the part of the Queen and takes on the character as the show progresses. Pau bookends the show with *Dust to Dust* and *The End - Stars Always Seem to Fade.* She sings strongly, from behind her drum kit, while playing in 2/3 of a normal atmosphere (Mexico City is about 7350 feet above sea level).

Not sure why fans keep insisting Ale is not shy... she is on the shy side and an introvert. Shy people don't appear shy when around family and close friends you can tell they are shy when around strangers and in larger groups.
Dany was shy when she was younger, she had to force herself to overcome her shyness... Ale being the youngest let her older sisters do most of the talking so will take longer to overcome her shyness.
As to shy performers being able to perform on stage you can just google it: David Bowie, Adele, Bob Dylan. Elvis Presley. Ella Fitzgerald. Barbara Streisand were all shy to name just a few

For me, the Villarreal sisters have an excellent stage performance, which, on the other hand, is difficult to judge without being a victim of subjectivity. For example, in the case of Phil Collins that you mention, if one knows who he is and holds him in high esteem (as is my case), a walk of him on stage while he sings can impress us. For those who don't know him, or don't like his music, he is nothing more than a guy with confidence and experience on stage, but nothing extraordinary.

To me, Phil had zero stage presence, as one of the world’s greatest drummers, then as front man of genesis, then as solo idol. Amazing musician, really good singer in his genre, excellent song writer.
However all three members of The Warning have more stage presence and individual charisma than Phil or than most other rock stars, and their interactions are unique compared to every other group I’ve followed in my life, both as a professional musician myself studying bands and artists and as a fan.

This show is their masterpiece up to this point in their careers, on their home turf with a crowd that loves them and how they are representing Mexico to the world. I don't think this will be their greatest masterpiece though, that is yet to come.

none of the sisters control the others... each have their strengths and suggest ideas and critique each other when needed. I'm sure all 3 know when they are off pitch.

Ale might be more reserved than her sisters off stage, but on stage she's not shy at all. Just go back and watch their live shows since Ale was like 13 and she was always moving all over the stage, lurching, lifting her leg, smiling to the audience, having a great time. She probably moved more than Dany since she's not tethered to her mic as much as Dany is. Nowadays she's a little bit more controlled with her movements on stage, but I think it's a conscious decision not shyness.

About Ale, it's funny because when she was little she moved almost nothing, a little older, for example in the Lunario presentation in 2018, I think she was looser, her movements on stage were more spontaneous, but I believe that even on advice, I don't know, she he must have rehearsed it and ended up becoming more monotonous and similar in his movements, perhaps even to save energy for example as he used to move a lot before... despite everything, I still think that his shyness weighs heavily at times, which is something totally normal...
