    There's something wrong with my fingers, 😩, all my barred chords come out muted and gross, literally nothing is helping.

    whenever i do the bar, my last 3 notes are muted. i can't get the same sound as you!

    I struggled and even paused from playing guitar because I got a little discouraged about not being able to play the barre chord. Thank you, thank you, thank you so much, Thomas, for showing me how to start with a simpler version and working my way to the barre version!! I'm now having a lot of fun playing great songs that I love while learning how to work closer to playing the full barre chord!! :D :)

    Thumb placements a game changer , as a good pinch is what's needed to get to the next levels. Got my Bm , Barr, F Barr,
    Now on to this.. helps with the f barring of the e b strings as well.. thanks..

    Love the video, especially the pop up chord chart. Makes it easy to see what you are saying. Sadly, I just cant seem to get my 3rd finger to cooperate. It doesn't want to stretch down to the 4th fret =/

      Thanks for commenting Kimberly. You might want to start working on bar chords. In some ways, it's actually easier once you get the basic bar form.

    when i barre the strings from my index finger my ring finger starts hurting and then im not able to play it properly. is there anything i can do??

      I don't know what could be causing the pain Arushi but go easy. Try watching more videos on bar chords and see if something helps.

    I just started playing guitar like a month ago and i want to learn to play my favorite song. It only uses 4 chords, A, E, Bm which i can play well....but danngg F#m is hard to play never mind switch over smoothly. :)
