Ah yes, Jason's lost brother from the mountains, Jordan.
If you are referring to "Jason Voorhees" from the "Friday the 13th" franchise, that character actually does not have a brother. In the first film he is described as the only child of "Pamela Voorhees." Therefore, there is no brother by the name of "Jordan" in that franchise. Moreover, though Kane Hodder is the actor who portrays "Jason" in a few of the "Friday the 13th" films, he is not playing the same character in this film, which is not part of the "Friday the 13th" universe. Just because it is the same actor does not mean it is the same character.

I've always felt that Victor Crowley's appearance and backstory is an amalgam of Friday 13th (deformed kid), The Burning (kids firerey prank) and Madman (Oshkosh overalls, wild hair and a handweapon)
Kane Hodder will always be Jason but he Killed it in this movie lol
Love Kane but Ted White is the ultimate Jason Voorhees. Either him or Ken Kirzinger! Just kidding.... Well about Ken I stick by my Ted White statement.
@@Dreeza68955 Ted was good I remember all of the different actors but design wise I loved how Jason looked in the new blood and Manhattan at least before he got the toxic waste lol I still felt that Kane should of fought Robert Englund in freddy vs jason but Ken did a serviceable job plus it was nice seeing him rip Fred's arm off then shove it through him like a MK fatality haha
Hodder and Jason are tied together, there hasn't been a better man behind the mask to this day.

@@grimm_destroyer5566 oh I totally agree. After watching crystal lake memories and the never sleep again documentaries. Kane got shafted hard. The director I cant think of his name just did not understand the character Jason or the fandom and it's very apparent.

One of the greatest slasher films ever made. The second one is my favourite, but all the Hatchet films are amazing.

used to watch Dr. Wolfula's vids back in 2016 it's disappointing that this guy doesn't have millions of subs yet. He deserves a MILLION!
Is it weird that one of my biggest takeaways is that Shaggy is wearing a Newbury Comics t-shirt...and since this is 2006 that was around the time when I used to wear a bucket hat with the exact same logo on it...the mid 00's were a weird and sad time for me XD

He was born deformed by a curse because of his adultery while his wife was dying. The tragedy if his dad trying to save him but to only kill him. More like Pumpkinhead I think.

I think the 2000s is probably the best decade of horror since the 80s. 28 Days Later, 30 Days of Night, Wolf Creek, Freddy Vs Jason, the CTexas Chainsaw Massacre and Dawn of the Dead reboots, Saw, Dog Soldiers, The Descent, Them and many more are really good.
Trick 'r' Treat, Hell Fest, 3 From Hell, Underwater, and so on and so forth

I think they actual tried with the first one. Then they realized after it’s release that it was more Unintentionally funny than it was actually supposed to be funny. Seems like the next ones they took advantage of knowing it’s basically a Horror Comedy

My teacher accidentally play this movie he mistaken for the book
Never noticed the tagline, which I now love. The movie however, was never something I wanted to revisit. Haven't seen the sequels either. I do appreciate that someone tried to give us something original by copying something else. The effort is duly noted, and yeah, at least it wasn't a remake. The Scream trend gets burnt out, followed by Japanese remakes, then American remakes of (mostly) American movies, and now finally we have soft reboots which ignore most or all of the sequels. I honestly think Hollywood has finally run out of ideas without resorting to brand new slasher/horror. Frankly I'll be shocked if Scream 5 is a genuine sequel, and not a Halloween 2018 style sequel that brings back long dead fan favorites.
