I admit I wasn't keen on brooks joining the band. It was mostly because they had switched between Mike to Arin and I really REALLY liked arin, after being at this concert and seeing what brooks can do, my opinion has changed completely.
Baylee Larson I've seen a7x with every drummer they've had, and brooks in my opinion is prolly the best fit for them besides Mike. They really wanted someone who could help them write. Shadows and those guys didn't like having the write arins drum parts for him. I think he was just a little too young for how big and good a7x is. Brooks has been around the block before and is a very good songwriter. Nobody will ever really replace the Rev though
