- Jonathan and the Blue World team travel to Roatan, Honduras in search of healthy reefs and sea turtles. Once they find the sea turtles, they witness some interesting feeding and social behavior, as well as learn how fish can mooch food from sea turtles!

Yep...this video was shot 100% with GoPros and a Mavic drone.
For video the GoPro is very impressive when used correctly.
These are truly beautiful sight. As someone that dives in the Northern gulf of Thailand it is ALWAYS a highlight of my dive to see sea turtles. Great clip Jonathan the GoPro gave some good images.

Lovely part of the world! I was in Utila a few years ago and did some snorkeling. Gorgeous, gorgeous place! Went a bit too far off the reef and nearly had a heart attack when I saw the drop-off. So deep!

I am from Honduras, and I am happy to see the beauty we have in those coral reefs. I've been to Utila and Cayos Cochinos, but Roatan is still on the list of places I have to visit. Glad you took wonderful shots that I can enjoy until I behold all of that with my own eyes.
Whenever I see Turtles I always hear a voice in my head that says, "Cowerbunger Dudes!"
I miss Roatan so much! One of my favorite dive locations I’ve been to. I stayed at Infinity Bay while I was there, which is pretty cool!
That's where we stayed too.

Great video. We were guidng a night dive in Dominica a few weeks ago and had a green sea turtle come out of nowhere and body slam me. Was a shock and surprised as came out of nowhere.

Hey Jonathan my name is Veer I am a 13 year old musician who loves to study about all types of wildlife but I have particularly been attracted towards marine wildlife ever since I started watching you..In fact you inspired me to go to the Andaman and Nicobar islands and go scuba diving for the first time on the 4th of January (my 13th Birthday) well it was painful but I did enjoy..I would definitely give it another go but the next time I go I want to go with you. I talk about you a lot to my friends and family. I have always been a fan...it's been my dream to come see you....I wish you come to Delhi in India thats where I live and then we could do diving wherever you want to take me! Even if it means that I have to go out of my country,,,

@@BlueWorldTV It was painful because of the amount of pressure in the water...us delhi-dwellers live so much in the city that we are not used to so much pressure in our ears so they really start to hurt

Another great episode. I wanted to ask which Camera Zack is filming you? When the camera switches colours look totally different :) I like the colours from your GoPro footage more. Sorry Zack.
I had a Hero10 and Zach was running a 7. But his also had a red filter to help compensate for loss of red at depth. The Hero10 seems to have more ability to boost the reds underwater than the 7. Normally we shoot with much better cameras. This episode was an exception. We used what we had.

I went to Roatan in February. Its my only dive destination so far but I had a ton of fun. I'd love to go back someday but I have many more destinations to check off the list first.
So many places and so little money! That's the problem!!

It's an Inon wide angle wet lens. Helps remove the chromatic aberration of the flat port and restore the angle of view you would get in air. It's awesome!

Great Video Johnathan! I was curious what type of camera was filming you? I noticed it had more blues and greens in its footage and wondered if the bubble lens or maybe a filter made your footage more white balanced. Great footage!

Soooo Cute! Nice video, and how you set the parameters of shooting or just keep original setting?
I played around with it a little and found that underwater I got the best color with the plain old auto white balance. Only problem is that sometimes the WB shifts in the middle of the shot which is annoying.
