RAM Rebel Needs Help From Jeep!

- We got a call that some people were stranded on the Veyo Shoalcreek Road.
I knew that there was a bit of snow up there, so I decided to take three Jeeps to make sure we were able to get the job done.
We were able to find the Ram Rebel truck and get it pulled up to safety without too much trouble.

Thanks for watching, and.......
Merry Christmas from all of us at Matt's off-road recovery!
Casey has some pipes! What a singing voice!
Thanks Jordan.
I'm telling ya.....a singing recovery video is a winner.
And he wore his best jeans. That's professional!
@@CaseysOffRoadRecovery Christmas CD for 2020???
I'm a critic....and I have to say seriously..... Casey's got a great set of pipes!
Good job Bryn! I bet it’s intimidating being the one doing the pulling! You did great!
This could become a family tradition; doing a recovery all together in the snow! 🤣
Thanks for the Ed update! And Casey sounds awesome!! ❤️🐞
My goodness a GREAT video,Casey charging in to the rescue,Bryn did a great job,Rudy driving backwards up a dark snow/ice hill(talented),and Matt(the master planner)orchestrating it all.
I have to say it again. Thanks for posting the map with the locations on it.
Wow. The young lady's first recovery, then Casey's singing debut. What a great video. Merry Christmas everyone. tom.
If that was Bryn's first recovery they need to get her on the payroll ASAP.
One of the first lessons of driving off road that I was taught was "momentum is your friend".
More Christmas songs!!! That's a beautiful voice.
Thanks Troy, we sure enjoy it.
Casey Loft Johnny Cash covered the Nine Inch Nails song “Hurt” - I bet you would do great singing that song too
@@jerrykorman7770 my brother does a good job at that. Maybe I should try it.
Nice singing Casey and great music played by all the great musicians. Love to see people having fun. Casey is a very talented gentleman. Mechanic, Cherokee Master Driver and bona fide crooner!
Thanks James
Bryn definitely has the finesse needed for snow extraction. One of best videos I've watched yet! Great driving, great singing. Happiest of holidays to you all
That singing was so good I thought it was the radio!
Craig Bain you must have some good radio stations, around here it’s all pop garbage and mumble rap
Nice job guys! Also shout out to Bryn for doing fantastic on her first recovery.
Thank you for restoring my faith in humanity. Watching this show is the absolute best thing that happened to me this year. In the world we live in, we need more of this...
So my RUclips recommendations have struck again. No idea why your channel was recommended but now I’ve subscribed and know I’m getting absolutely nothing done tomorrow at work.

That was a pretty epic entrance by the Cheraoke at 9:28
I didnt know he was filming, ya right everything's a production.
Drives around the road. That's how a Jeep usually makes an entrance in the snow.
Customer: "my truck is 200 yds off the road and almost upside down in a ditch!" Matt: "It won't be too much trouble."
lol
You should have seen all the Jeeps and other 4x4 vehicles people left in the middle of the streets in Atlanta a few years ago. here i am with an 02 Expedition 4x4 with some 265/70/17 nitto terra grapplers weaving in and out to get around them. wish i would have had someone with me to film the trip. went around a school bus that was stuck across the road blocking it. it was crazy. oops meant to reply to a different comment
@@bearfoot25 this literally did not happen.
Rieksfier what “literally did not happen” ?? The Atlanta Ice storm 3-4 years ago???
What do you guys think about doing a little bit of an educational special about driving in tough conditions? For example: the importance of tires and tire pressure, when/why to get on/off the gas/brake, counterintuitive steering when being towed backwards, what emergency gear to carry when venturing off-road, how gravity affects the ability of a vehicle to get moving, why not to gun your throttle when the vehicle stops moving, etc. I believe you have enough examples in your current videos that you wouldn't even need to film any new footage. Just do an introduction to the simple principles for those who have never been exposed to the challenges. Those of us who have experience would enjoy your explanation, and those of us who have no experience will appreciate the education. To make if very simple: just take the least experienced person on your crew out into the wild, get a jeep very stuck, slow down and walk them through every single detailed step of how to get it out (including the reasoning behind each step), and most importantly film the whole thing and post it here. I promise your audience will eat it up. Oh, and take Ed along because he's the key.
Ed is far too wise to freeze his butt off
Thats bad for business LOL!!!
It would be awesome to get a hat from Ed. I would want mine to be autographed by everybody . I'd wear it Proudly. 🤠👍
The night that Winder saved Christmas. There’s a working sound track title for you. LOL
@ Matts Towing . Love your vids they are full of family and community. Nothing more important.
One of my favorite you tube channels! Love your family! God. Bless you all
81.1k followers?! Holy cow! I remember finding you at like 3k! Keep up the great work Matt and the team! Videos are getting better and better every recovery!
man, ive got a Ram 1500, i was just using that thing to haul a trailer with a cord of wood in it out to a friend who lives 4 miles up a dirt road, that had a solid 10 inches of snow on it...Tire Chains folks...tire chains...
Man Casey has a great voice! I think I remember him singing in previous videos and noticed that too.
Thanks Lance
@@CaseysOffRoadRecovery you are very welcome!!! Keep up the good work!
Your the kinds of people that make a community a community! Way to go!
Three Cherokees AND Ed! It’s a Festivus miracle.
18 cylinders and 12 wheel drive. i almost wish i was there...
"A festivus for the rest of us"
Looks like the banana won the feats of strength
Yah Seinfeld
Cassey has a voice interesting he can go from fixing a tractor to singing on stage and fixing a tractor singing, I guess if he becomes a famous singer he will be the real deal
He should sing a song while on a recovery sometime too.
Casey, you certainly do have a good set of pipes. Hidden talent
Thanks
Love the sound of Casey's jeep. Casey should be nicknamed Wild man. He really laid into it. WOW great singing
Thanks. I Love that skinny pedal.
I got to do 2 snow recoverys last week in my 03 tacoma! 1 with my winch the other with a static strap. Both would have been so much easier with a Kinetic rope..I have a 30ft. Kinetic rope on the way for christmas though!! I had so much fun recovering them. THe people looked at me funny when they asked me Why I stopped to help and I told them because I get excited when i actually get to use my winch! They did not expect that answer.. (without sounding stupid here) thanks for the hood louvre inspiration and teaching recoverys. Never thought a youtube channel would rub off on me so much... -shaun from Shaverlake Ca.
keep the singing coming maybe Karoake machine in the rig! but really though pretty dang good
Stay safe, and enjoy using your recovery goodies to help out.
I really need to get myself a proper tow rope
Man the girl knows how to drive, nice steady throttle. Not digging. Great job
She did WAYYY better than the dude driving the Cherokee! WAY better.
Its pretty obvious she has been wheeling before. She may not have done a recovery job before but I'm sure she has been on one
Great voice and awesome keyboards along with a real fiddler. Thanks for sharing; Cheraoke for sure and a great start to Christmas!
Matt and gang, you guys are America. What a display of hard work and ingenuity... and singing.
Tow truck driver by day, singing in the evening. Thank you Casey
Thanks Chris
@@CaseysOffRoadRecovery, From Australia, you sound great Casey.
@@wyattfamily8997 I performed with one of your mates from Austrailia Roo Arcus. Do you know him?
Wow, Casey sounds great! He sure knows how to work that skinny peddle too.
Thanks...brakes are only for stopping.
The moment you explained cherokee + karaoke I understood. Made me realize I watch a lot of your videos to have seen Casey singing already and it was his jeep.
I hope to make it to your parts one day in my 96 Cherokee and see if I can't get stuck for you to recover.
Chains probably would have allowed that RAM to drive out, but they didn't have any. Living at the other end of Utah I've gotten myself stuck in snow a few times so I've learned some strategy to get out quickly. Loved the singing of Casey.
When i subscribed you had like 96k subscribers. That was a week ago. You now have 108k! Awesome Matt keep up the great vids!
Casey sings....really well! Who knew? 👍🏻🤘🏻
I like that, you guys are a great team, they work together, they live together, they enjoy what they do, they are frighteningly great.😁👍👍👍👍
Awesome job you guys do, helping people out of trouble. It's nice that you showcased Casey's singing skills, he has a really nice voice! Greetings from the other side of the pond!
Great video, Matt! Always a pleasure watching you and your crew get vehicles out. And Casey's crooning wasn't bad either. Thanks!
Thanks Mark
I love how the third Cherokee was waiting in the wings, then blasted onto the trail! (Thanks Joseph, spelling error)
Yes indeed
Lol right! Jumped out like a well trained bird dog!!
Fast Dad Garage - North & South Chamberlain’s Then*, not than.
Exceptional video. Great team work! Great vocals. It’s nice to see more of your individual personalities and talents. You seem to be getting much more comfortable in front of the camera Matt!
Well now we have the very talented Casey the singing mechanic. Who knew? Lol !!! Poor Rudy!!! Getting stuck turning around and Matt having to bail him out and then Bryn driving while he rides caboose roflmfao!!! I love it! Getting way more entertaining
That bobcats engine bay has some pretty decent acoustics 😂
great video Matt, your the only towing company driver i have ever seen go to work in his Sunday best as Jed Clampett use to say, that Dodge you pulled out is a 9000 lb truck ,i see why you brought 3 vehicles along, lots of deep snow, I agree with one other subscriber here that said banana split needs lockers or at least a rear locker,Casey should make a CD to sell, he's got some dam good pipes
That Cheriokee has some great pipes! Thanks Matt!
As a on call plumber, I can't remember all the times I've gone on calls from family gatherings, birthday parties and even church. But when the call comes in, people depend on you to show up. (Even got a standing ovation for showing up at the bingo hall on a Saturday night! Lol)
Banana Split needs lockers. But you probably already knew that!
Why not snow chains.
Wyatt Family it’s funner and faster that way. No need to chain up in the cold. 😃😃👍🏼
Had one guy say his rebel is the same as my power wagon, just smaller. I laughed and told him to call me when he needed pulled out.
@@jlbush8249 Yeah, not even close. Love my PW.
Lockers won't help much in conditions like this where traction at all four corners is limited
'Christmas party' , 'Christmas tree' , 'Christmas Johnny Casey Cash', & 'Mat & Crew' to the rescue , 👍😆.
Blows my mind. You all rescue these people stuck out in the middle of the wilderness! Every video I'm like what the hell are these people doing out in bfe!
Getting a christmas tree lol
Proof that any rig can get stuck, because those Rebels are a pretty good setup off the showroom floor. I have a Rubicon on 35” Duratracs & never underestimate the terrain. Stuck twice near Reno & both times the locals yanked me out of deep snow.
"Hey, Honey! Let's go get a tree up in the hills. Think of all the money we'll save!"
But you get a free hat.
Been there.
lol
lol
Well, they have a great family Christmas story to tell every year while trimming the 🌲 they purchased at the supermarket.
“Dad, remember that rescue we did around Christmas, in the cold of winter, in the snow, with three jeeps pulling? You had me in their pickup truck. I forgot the parking brake was on.” -Rudy
Outstanding commitment to stranded drivers 👏👏 most would have stayed at their parties.
It nice to know there are still gentlemen out there willing to put other lives first 👍👍👏👏👏 outstanding.
Casey's a Great singer and Matt You are a Great person !
Better audio AND you got radios!! Youre really coming along matt!
This is hilarious. That tiny jeep recovers that huge specialty Ram.
Brian McNay those jerk ropes are awesome little rigs like this can get some speed and pull big stuff right out. I pulled out a f-150 that was stuck in our ditch with a jerk rope and a 4 wheeler.
Yeah and what’s your point ?? Seen them pull out pretty much every make and model
Once again I'm happy to see this early video of Matt's Off Road Recovery.
You guys are dedicated. To go-out into the snow like that. But lucky for guy who was stuck in the snow. 👍☕️
man the last of the video with Casey singing it reminded me of my grandfather and our family get togethers. the old world good times
BRYN IS AN Excellent driver
She will have no problem keeping Rudy in line
Jerry Korman I second that! Go BRYN!
Thanks Matt for sharing ... God bless all the good people there
Casey sings well. Don't be ashamed Casey. Be proud. God bless
Thanks
Good video Matt, maybe a small 20” light bar on the back just above the rear hatch would help for night towing? Good job!
Good little band there! Casey's a really good singer too.
Thanks John
Casey Sounds great! Way to go Casey and thank you Matt for sharing!!!
I watch these one after another and I cant help but smile as I own 3 of these cherokees. 2 run and one even goes in both directions! Now if I can figure out the electrical gremlins. I don't trust them like you do yours.
Great as always Matt.....keep ‘em coming!
My kind of terrain, of course still no snow in the valley here in Polson. I run all season tires here on my diesel and it gets me through most our road issues. With my old short box Ford 1976 F150 I ran all terrains. It was posi front and rear, and I never had to worry about chains on that beast. I used it to pull my sled up to the trails. While others parked on the road, I just drove into where I wanted to unload. I miss that gas hog.
pretty sure the Ram has lockers, which are better than posi...chains would have helped.
I love Christmas and Christmas songs. God bless.
Great job as always. Crazy how these amateur go out without taking any precautions in vehicles that are mostly helpless. No tires, no winches, no shovels, and alone with no help. These people need a course in four-wheeling.
The girlfriend is a keeper. I remember having girlfriends that can drive 4x4s, not afraid of getting a little dirty going offroading, camping, can drive in the middle of the night while you take a rest on a long distance trip. Funny how you end up with a wife that is complete opposite. Sorry, don't mean to use this forum as therapy. Great videos.
All terrain heavy duty girlfriends are the best!
Too bad there are not to many of those out there!
Best comment !
Best comment and true:(
Your wife’s on some other video about dating guys that didn’t complain, didn’t always talk about their feelings and didn’t cry after sex. Then she’s saying she got married to exactly the opposite.
You should have him sing you an intro
Great rescue! Really liked hearing from Ed, and the singing part was really good. Need to see and hear more of that. Wish I had more notice of the saturday night program. Would've loved to been there for that.
Thanks Carl
This makes me so happy for you and your life in small town Hurricane UT. :)
Casey's good, but the fiddle player was killin' it on harmony!

Thanks. We only do these songs once a year soooooo we though two better run through em.
Pretty darned good entertainment before Christmas. The towing and the music. Fun
