Train more intensity+volume 1. Track rest periods - 6-10 reps/2-2:30mins for hypertrophy - 2-4 reps/3-5min for strength 2. Train close to failure -1 rep in the tank left 3. Volume -Warm up sets (easier progressions as first few sets)

I'm 15 and I've been eating at maintenance calories (I count it) and doing calisthenics and weights but I'm losing weight and not gaining weight which is my goal. I don't wanna eat in a calorie surplus cuz I'm probably gonna build muscle and fat. So what advice can u give me Austin?
If you are losing weight then You should eat in surplus amount bro.. more food means more nutrients. And you can also reduce fat percentage later.. but you need nutrients and some more food for building muscles. I might be totally wrong but that's the advise I can give :-) btw i'm also 15.

You need to be in a 13000 calorie deficit to lose that weight in a week If you ate 2000cal a day that’s 14000 calories total That leaves you 1000 calories over 7 days. Possible, if you basically fasted for 2 months Safe rate of fat loss while retaining muscle is about 1-2 lbs a week depending on how much fat you have. If you dropped 10 lbs by then that would still be a great rate of fat loss. Take it slow, stay safe, you won’t be able to reach your potential later in life if you stunt your growth now

I started off calisthenics see nth but fit looks and and I wanted to build in more mass so I start to mix it up with bodybuilding yeah u may get heavier but you gotta train ur skills too and eat a lot proteins

You have to understand if you want to get big, you gotta lose your abs. Stay in a surplus of 300-500 calories and you’ll minimize fat gain. But you will lose some abs on a bulk. You can eat at maintainence calories and still gain muscle tho. That way you don’t gain fat

If gaining weight is your goal then you should be on a surplus. You build muscle on a surplus but don’t eat too much fat.
Just eat one gram of protein per pound of body weight, you can be in a slight deficit and still build muscle and burn fat
