    Train more intensity+volume
    1. Track rest periods
    - 6-10 reps/2-2:30mins for hypertrophy
    - 2-4 reps/3-5min for strength
    2. Train close to failure
    -1 rep in the tank left
    3. Volume
    -Warm up sets (easier progressions as first few sets)

    I'm 15 and I've been eating at maintenance calories (I count it) and doing calisthenics and weights but I'm losing weight and not gaining weight which is my goal. I don't wanna eat in a calorie surplus cuz I'm probably gonna build muscle and fat. So what advice can u give me Austin?

      If you are losing weight then You should eat in surplus amount bro.. more food means more nutrients. And you can also reduce fat percentage later.. but you need nutrients and some more food for building muscles.
      I might be totally wrong but that's the advise I can give :-) btw i'm also 15.

      If gaining weight is your goal then you should be on a surplus. You build muscle on a surplus but don’t eat too much fat.

      Just eat one gram of protein per pound of body weight, you can be in a slight deficit and still build muscle and burn fat

    Would you recommend doing weighted pull-ups on an indoor bar? I weigh 148lbs and do weighted pull-ups with an extra 50lbs, I tried adding another 10lb plate but the bar started to creak.

    Thank you so much for all you do! It helps me so much! I have a question if that is ok. I was wondering how I might be able to get from 14% to 10% or lower body fat percentage without doing a calorie deficit because if I were to do a calorie deficit, it would put me at an unhealthy weight and I know that in your other video, you said you never bulked, and that you stayed at about maintenance, and I was wondering if staying at maintenance can help me drop body fat percentage. I know that you said that we shouldn't bulk too, so I won't be able to put on more weight and then cut as fast, so I was wondering what I can do if that is ok. I am sorry again. Thank you so much for all you do!

    Austin I’m 13 190 I play football is there a way to drop 30 pounds in 2 months are should I take it slow

      8 weeks to lose 30 pounds that’s 3.75 a week which is a lot to loose in a week
      A pound of fat has 3500 calories, that’s the calorie deficit required to lose a pound a week, that’s about 500 calories a day to lose a pound.
      You need to be in a 13000 calorie deficit to lose that weight in a week
      If you ate 2000cal a day that’s 14000 calories total
      That leaves you 1000 calories over 7 days.
      Possible, if you basically fasted for 2 months
      Safe rate of fat loss while retaining muscle is about 1-2 lbs a week depending on how much fat you have.
      If you dropped 10 lbs by then that would still be a great rate of fat loss.
      Take it slow, stay safe, you won’t be able to reach your potential later in life if you stunt your growth now

    If u lookin to build mass as the same time mix up ur calisthenics training with bodybuilding, that sumthing they not gonna tell u. I started off calisthenics see nth but fit looks and and I wanted to build in more mass so I start to mix it up with bodybuilding yeah u may get heavier but you gotta train ur skills too and eat a lot proteins

    I know you do both calisthenics and weight training. How much of each consist of your workouts?
    Example weights 2 times out the week and rest calisthenics? Or you mix it up?

    Yo Austin I need help man I’m 16 and I’m trying to get ripped been working out for a year but I don’t know how I should eat every time I try to bulk I lose my abs so I did cardio running every other day but then I lose weight

      You have to understand if you want to get big, you gotta lose your abs. Stay in a surplus of 300-500 calories and you’ll minimize fat gain. But you will lose some abs on a bulk. You can eat at maintainence calories and still gain muscle tho. That way you don’t gain fat
