When I started i knew pull ups are the best. Skipped out on all the bodybuilding exercises for lats. I would jump to bar and use the momentum as assistance, with each set to failure. Now I'm like 1 of 4 people doing weighted pull ups in the gym.

I'm a street lifting athlete and coach and I have to admit, this is pretty insane.
He has pretty standard grip, he could be much more efficient strength wise with a close to semi false grip, not squeezing the plates with his legs, it could help him use his core to get more momentum going up and he also does it in a single motion, aot of athletes get stuck close to 90° and go backwards to gain a bit of momentum.
Insane level, he could be competitive with a more specific program and he could easily pull more than 5 plates, I can say that confidently

This fire, I’m 18, in HS, 180lbs, 5’7, cutting tho ,stuck at 65lbs for 3-4 reps
Also for the tennis elbow, switching grips would’ve stopped your overuse. You watch Alex Leonidas you should know that 😂
