@@zeniac3863 You should be training them twice a week, do a heavy day with weighted pullups and a bodyweight day with rep progression like 3*8 to 3*9 etc. (cred- I have 45 kg weighted pullup and can do 21 reps)
I have found that the neutral grip, whether it be wide or narrow, has benefits to the elbows, medial, or lateral after turning 40. I can do the pull-up without bending the wrists.
I’ve been using a weighted 20lb vest and my unweighted numbers have jumped an insane amount. Just a couple months and my push-ups no weight went from 40-70 in a set and pull-ups 10-20 chin-ups 13-25.

My current PR on pull ups is weighted 63 kg + my bodyweight 81 kg, I have a problem with the top par of the pull up, in the bottom portion I am really explosive, but at the top I have a problem to get the chin fully over the bar, it seems, like im just a little bit off, how to strengthen the top part?

Try negatives. Like, go slowly from top, to bottom.
I’m in a somewhat similar boat. Stuck at 55kg pull-up, trying to get 60kg pull-up.

I was stuck at a certain number before for months, it just increased after some time. Stay consistent.
