And also what size tip is recommended to use for the desoldering tool.
I have a no crank situation on a 2004 Navigator. There is no continuity from the start relay load terminal to the starter solenoid. Could this be an internal issue with this user panel?

Question had my fuse box repaired locally and it’s starts now but my problem is I can’t get the truck to shut off Every thing says on and this wasn’t an issue befor the repair
Something wasn't done correctly,they should have but a auxillary relay into the system,by doing this you don't have to remove the fuse box,check some of the other sites you will see what I am talking about.

Yes I figured it out.
the work done to my fuse box was done correct the problem was that the previous owner or some one before me wired in a wire from the ignition switch to the fuel pump removed the wire and all is good

Most likely a form or resin to help the solder, and/or isopropyl alcohol. But for sure he wiped it down with an alcohol wiper after.
