I need help I’ve Honda CR-V 2007 instrument panel cluster or flickering how do I remove it please?

I was hoping it wasn't this complicated. I would lose half the screws, and put the other half in the wrong spots. Then I would break the clips. I watched another video on soldering the resistors, and I don't do that kind of work. I guess I will never know how many miles I have on my car.

I used Automotive Circuit Solutions in March of 2024 to fix my 2004 F150 instrument cluster. They did a marvelous job! A great value - worth every penny of the incredibly reasonable price. I highly recommend their services! My first symptom was a brake light that never went out - was that way when I bought the truck, and local mechanics claimed this is a known issue with Fords that cannot be fixed. Then, my odometer started blinking out intermittently - the LCD display, not the backlight. Then I started to get phantom power lock operations (I would hear the power locks periodically locking with no action by me even though they were already locked). I found this video and read some comments - all these symptoms were linked to the instrument cluster! This video was also the best I found at showing how to properly remove the shift indicator cable. My instrument cluster works perfectly now.

With a used pcm does the model numbers need to match or just change the vin?

I know this is old... can i remove it and 90% of car is normal just no airbags? I heard this is also the EDR event data recorder (Black Box). Id like to remove it. Care more about my privacy than my safety. do you have any info?

But WTH did you brush over everything when you were done and why? What were you scraping on those round spots after that, and what did you put on them from that syringe? You need to reset crash data first, if accident has occurred, then reset the BMC module. Then that will them clear that DTC. Ford kuga/escape.

Hi I have a second generation 2006 JDM subaru forester. Everything works in my instrument cluster. But the trip meter will no reset physically. I does reset after disconnecting the negative battery terminal.. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you

Remove cover, apply solder flux (or use flux core solder/ rosin core solder), flow extra solder down the pins to repair connections between layers of the boards, apply new thermal paste, apply gasket sealant, press cover back on, get to know Jesus.

can i use a regular snap on solus edge scanner to program it?

Please help! After remove SRS module my Ford Ecosport doesn't start. Looks like key fob not inside the car. But it is inside. Key battery is ok, its closed and opens by key. But not starter.by start engine button. Any advise?

Yesterday mine did that on the interstate freaked me out but did the hold button like you did and it changed back to normal but I'm taking the gauge cluster to be fixed.

I’m getting a sticky temp and fuel gauge on my 04 Frontier. Usually I can tap the top of the dash and the temp gauge drops to its normal position. The fuel gauge goes where it’s supposed to be on its own once in a while. Both gauges are next to each other. What would be the cause or causes of this issue?

There is absolutely no need to take the cover off the drivers display... huge waste of time and also eliminates the chances of damaging the screen and component's.
