The KAAC must note that the AS-NL boundry issue is still under the '1960 Delhi Agreement' treaty and therefore stop discrimination against the Nagas. However, the Naga public or govt of Nagaland should not interfere if the KAAC is evicting illegal foreign immigrants which is good for the indigenous Karbis and Nagas. Mean time, the NSF, DNSU, AASU, KAASU must appeal the KAAC to immediately issue valid land pattas to Nagas and other indigenous tribal people residing in cadastral areas. KAAC doesn't have its own police force, usually it's initiated by the govt of Assam. And evicting fellow tribals is not a welcome move. However, the non tribals take advantage of their stay with the tribals and take the protection. Tribals are emotional fools, slight provocations from anti tribal people go for a fight among tribals.

Any tribe can live and own plot of land in any district. There is no such laws that only Angami will live in kohima. Angami can buy and own land in Zunheboto, Mon, Phek etc with proper documentation.

I don't think DNSU can stopped the kaac from demolishing the tenants from the Balijan. As they will come any moment and continue with eviction drive that haunted the residents so badly.🔥🙏HC order was not heed. May be the Kaac looking for more troubles.😅
KAAC doesn't have its own police force, usually it's initiated by the govt of Assam. And evicting fellow tribals is not a welcome move. However, the non tribals take advantage of their stay with the tribals and take the protection.
Tribals are emotional fools, slight provocations from anti tribal people go for a fight among tribals.

under the article 19(1) : The Indian constitution
entitles anyone to move freely throughout the territory of India.
with the above, Right to rides and Move freely in any part of the country. (citizen of Indian can buy land in any part of the country without any restrictions it can be Delhi Mumbai etc too. The law protects us.
If the state or citizen doesn’t follow the constitution then they are to face consequences given by law.
