Doesn't look like a woman's watch to me at all. My wedding ring is rose gold and would match this. I have a nearly 8" wrist and would wear this.

It was a sales tactic this watch clearly for men not afraid to wear pink. Looks nothing like a woman's watch at 43mm

Strap is the usual G-shock resin, similar to lower-end 5600 models.
