Hi... what B complex vitamin??
I like Pure Encapsulated, it's in my Amazon store.@@zacaraadams1918
Hey. Thanks for your video. When I click on the li k I get a message that says that the link is not valid.😢
My hair won't grow past my shoulders because I'm addicted to my braids. My hair hates them and I don't take care of my hair while in braids
My hair care goal is for my hair in curly state to hit shoulders and be consistently moisturized.
Yess!
Same. And I am quite a ways from that. So I am cheering on the both of us!
SAME
Yes! those are the words I didn't know I needed to describe my hair goals.
Yass 🎉 same, but my shrinkage is insane, it will take forever 😅
Thicker hair and length retention are my hair goals
My biggest setback for length retention was not cutting off my dead ends.
Facts! I had to learn that too!
My hair goal is for healthy scalp and hair and have my edges grow back
Yess! You got this!
My goal is to limit my haircare spending. I spend so much on trying new hair products because it's a hobby but man it's expensive. So definitely limit my spending to only when I run out of a product do I get to try something new and maybe actually use up what's in my stash.
Stronger hair, especially the ends. Wearing it up more I think is key.
Yup. Baby oil her wear her up or back. Only comb once a day, bonnet at night. During winter tuck ends under a hat if you wanna be extra cover your hair with a soft scarf under your hat. Your hair will fall in love with you & grow for you - Watch❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
@@Mia-sp8jctrue! I purchased the hats with satin lining on the inside!
My hair goal is to grow my hair past my shoulders. My hair constantly rubs against my collar and I haven’t been able to get past it. So this video was for me.
me too
I just had 6 inches cut this week so my goal is to grow my hair back ( healthy)
You can do it! It'll grow back before you know it.
Thicker hair,a healthy scalp, hydrated hair and length retention are my goals.
Sweetie listen!!!
Thanks to all your tips, my hair that was always stuck at shoulder length, is finally nearing my lower back and hips!! AMAZING!!
For reference, i have very fine and fragile HiPo 3c hair
I cannot thank you enough ❤❤❤
My current hair care goal: wearing it up in a protective style for a week or longer every month 🎉
Yesss! I'm so excited for you! :-)
What did u do to grow it past ur shoulders? What’s ur routine
Hi Tonya, my hair goals for this year is length retention, last year my focus was Hair health & routine, which I accomplished and continue to uphold. Thanks for all your assistance to us out here in these streets🙏🙏
Yess! You’re welcome sis!
I made it to waist length in 2022 and cut about 4.5 in off last year. Now I'm just wanting full, healthy hair. The length doesn't matter for me as much anymore. So I'm trimming about every 8 weeks.
Congrats on that! This is my overall goals and yes i want to keep up with trims to avoid a drastic cut. Hope you reach your goal by the end of this year!
My goal is to have healthy, and long hair. And for the crown of my hair to be thicker. I wear my hair in twist. I keep my hair moisturized. I do this every other day. But I will start putting my twist up. Thank you for sharing!!
You're welcome! :-)
Thank you for sending me a message which led me to this video. I am an older lady and I appreciate all of your advice. I share your videos all the time. I love the fact that you back up your information with science ❤
Yes, she is the curly community’s holy grail 😊
Longer hair.....healthier hair💜💜💜💜
Love it!
My goal is healthy hair - overcoming dryness. Thank you for the tips! You break it down so anyone can understand. Much appreciated!
since i was on chemo last winter, thus lost all my hair, my goal is to grow it back as fast as i possibly can. i've been at it since my last chemo treatment in march last year, and i'd say it's working really well. aside from growing my hair back, i also want it to be healthy, looking and feeling good. i've no idea how long it'll be at the end of 2024, but it certainly will be longer than it is now. 💞💕💖
I am praying that your chemo was successful and you grow that hair girl!😊
@@sable7114 thank you! 🙏 and yes, it was. 🥰 and my hair IS growing - loads! 💖
My hair care journey is going very well! I knew what the problem was for my relaxed and natural hair. Soon as I stopped that my hair grows to new lengths and is healthy. This year my goal is BSL for the first time ever. And overall waist length.
Always the truth. Love you!
I come from a lineage of short hair women 🤷 with male pattern balding in the males, but, My hair is thin in my crown, so, how do I break the cycle? 🤔 This is why I follow your RUclips channel & my hair has flourished since following you, 💝 thanks Tonya!
You’re welcome! Your anagen cycle may be shorter, or it could be a length retention issue (dryness/breakage). A thinning crown could be from pulling/tight styles or hormonal.
My goal is to have a solid routine, making sure I do regular trims.
Writing down my hairstyles and the outcome in my journal helped me QUICKLY build a routine!
my hair care goal is to reach tbl again! i finally got my hair back to being healthy with a consistent moisture/protein balanced routine along with vitamins and quickly reached waist length 🙌🏽
Go girl!
Thank you. Tonya. Blessed beyond your information. I love it.
Loved wearing my hair down but learned a long time ago that having it rub against everything wasn't good. Plus, I constantly touch my hair. I am low key no high key obsessed with they feeling of my hair. I always have been since I was a child. Touching my hair is a calming mechanism for me also.
Thank you for all that you do to help us with our hair journey. My plan for this year is to have a healthy skin and longer hair
Consistently good content. Embrace shrinkage. No bob pins needed.🙌🏾
Thank you so much ❤
Shoulder friction is a no no lol. Thank you for sharing. I would like my hair in its curly state to reach my shoulders.
I hit waist length, had health issues and it shed so much and I had to keep trimming till I got to mid back. I’m much better now so in December, took it to shoulder length and it’s so much fuller and I think Iv done 1” already with proper moisture and protein spacing. I’m focused on general health of hair and body. Best wishes. 🙏🏽
Very informative❤
Great video. Thank you ❤. My hair goal is to learn how to keep my hair moisturized and to stretch my hair more. I would also like to sucessfully heat train my hair.
Good Question. I was never paying any attention. Problems solved. Thank you RUclipsrs.
2024 goal- tailbone length. Been stuck at waist length for a year!! Hopefully you make a video relating to longer lengths! I love your content!❤
Hello. I love watching all your videos! so helpful and i have definitely learned a lot from you. My goal for 2024 is to retain more length. I have accomplished my hair goal of regrowing my hair in the crown area and maintaining a healthy head of hair for several years now. 2023 I feared reoccurrence hair loss. Daily checking my scalp, manipulating my hair, caused me not to retain much length at all! I appreciate your advice and tips on how to get passed shoulder length hair. Thanks again for another informative video!
My goal is to have healthy hair and growth ❤
Yess!
my haircare goal is to retain 5.5 inches of growth this year. i plan on achieving this by healthy haircare practices.
You got it!!
Superb tips has always ..thank you..💜🙏..overall health and length. 💃🌹
Hey my lovely .. you mentioned about the vitamins B supplements..I couldn't locate it in your amazon shop.. unless I missed by accident..💜🌹😜
My hair goal is scalp health this year. I started back making my own hair/scalp oils. I also started oil washing focusing on scalp. In doing all of that i hve seen a difference in my hair. It stays moisturized and has grown.
My goal is length retention, for sure!
All of the above, healthier, thicker, fullest hair
Longer, healthier hair. I want it tbl
Fuller hair and to hit bra strap length🙌🏾
I just had a big chop but am looking forward to growing my hair again but it seems slower than the first time
I have been watching your videos for a good year now. My hair is now shoulder length. My goal for this year is to retain my hair length. BTW where did you purchase your headband wig? I love it! Thanks so much for your informative hair care videos. ❤
I think she has some available at her online store. The last time I checked she had one or two styles available.
My hair goal for this year is to have a healthy, thick and long hair whether it’s curly or straightened ❤
Thank you so much Tonya for your wealth of information! 😁 Quick question: I familiar with the company Pure Encapsulations and noticed that their hair skin and nails supplement has 20,000% Daily value for biotin. Should I be concerned about that?
Hey Miss Tonya, my hair goal is to maintain health and continue to combat dryness. I think with that, length will come because I keep my hair in a packed down twa due to Real shrinkage. (Lol). Thanks for confirming this info.
My goal is to get fuller, more density hair. My hair had become so thinned out in the crown area. It is finally growing back in thicker, and I plan to keep the fuller density.
To grow my hair back to mid back and to also thicken it🙏🏾
I need to get back to taking my iron and vitamin D3 in order to deal with my hair loss. Thanks for the tips! My hair goal is healthier and longer hair.
Growing my edges and having midback length hair
My hair goal is healthy hair, moisturizing routine, and growth.
Love your content. Where did you get your headband wig?
It's in her Amazon store.
My goal is to maintain a simple, consistent fortnightly wash and blowdry routine and to kick my product junkie ways. I've been steadily using up or clearing out the ridiculous stash I had over the past year. Let's see how my hair responds...
Thanks for this. I didn't see a Vitamin B in your store.
I just added it! :-) amzn.to/3JKRrqj
Thank you for such knowledge. My goal this year is to grow my hair beyond shoulder length. What type of moisture should I use on my ends Thanks!
The same moisturizer you use on your hair will also suffice for your ends as well. :-)
My hair care goal is to grow back my edges, have healthy hair get and retain length. I suffer from genetic traction alopecia, thinning and dryness. I mainly keep my hair in protective style for 4-6wks with 1/2 weeks off then back to protective style.
My goal is to just keep my hair! I feel like it’s thinning 😢
Hey! It could be your hormones or a nutritional deficiency.
Thank you 😊 what could I use to moisturise my hair throughout the week please, whenever i try to refresh my hair it ends up looking worse and tangled. Is there any detailed care guide for hair past hip length please finding it quite difficult to manage, putting it in a bun is too heavy 😔
My hair goal is to get consistent with trims now that i know trimming every 5-6 months i why i need to hack off 2 inches every visit! My hair is growing i just always end having to take it off. Yesterday i got a trim and that is what we discussed she said i should be trimming every 2 months so i will start doing that now so my next trim will be in april! I kinda want to see if i can get slightly thicker hair like i used to before relaxer so i will try again to do ayurvedic glosses. My hair is about at shoulder length but my goal for end of the year is hopefully armpit length dry and in curly state! And my last most important goal is... continuing to tackle this seb derm. I have made progress a lot the patches by the side of my ears are gone BUT i still itch and flake on my scalp next to my ears so i need to figure that out since medicated shampoos do not work for me. Maybe losing weight will help which i plan to do.
Hello. What is a good hair growth oil you recommend?
I am trying to start a hair care line and I’m trying to get to tail bone length
My haircut goal is to just be more consistent with protective styling. I feel like I am going all the time and I don't ever have time to just sit and spend time give me my hair tlc.
I goal this year is desperately trying to grow my edges, which have been giving me problems for the last couple of years 😢
My current hair care goal is to maintain a moisturizing routine.
I love that goal!
Happy belated Birthday @CurlyChemistry !!🩵💜
Took me awhile to actually find what my goal was
I know I want healthy hair but I’ve also been growing it out and wanted to think of some stopping point
Which I’ve decided will after three years and I’ll get some curly cut in a shape I like and stick with that until I want something else
“8 months in right now so still a long way to go lol”
Tonya, where did you buy that cute headband wig?
Great video 👍🏽 Does deep conditioning or protein treatments help with keeping the cuticle from getting thin?
Combined yes, and also getting trims when needed.
@@CurlyChemistry Okay, thanks for confirming. I couldn’t figure out why my ends were always thin at the end of 12 weeks. I have not been able to retain length because the new growth is trimmed off. I will start doing treatments. Thanks a lot. 🌻
Hair care goal : more moisture, length retention and getting rid of split ends.
My goal is to come off completely from doing tex lax , and just do me all natural 😊😊😊..
My hair goal is to maintain maximum hydration at all times
My goal is to get pass my hair being dry.
What do you think about wash n gos as a hairstyle? How would I moisturize during the week wearing that style? Thanks for the info!
You can use a liquid moisturizer and a light oil to maintain moisture during the week.
My goal is to be able to wear my hair without it breaking or becoming damaged
2024 hair goal is lower back. Working hard to tailbone length and doing pretty good so far.
Go girl!
My goal is length so I’m focusing on dryness and great ends
My goal is to grow back my edges
The biggest set back for me is dead frizzy ends with single strand knots ..it seems that even after I trim they are back after a month😢😢
My hair goals is to have better coils
My goal is growing my hairline and edges and thickening that area too. I have alopecia in that area. Any suggestions on what I can use or do for alopecia?
I'm currently struggling between diving deep into repairing and taking care of my fragile, breaking relaxed hair or transition to natural. I transitioned in 2022 but gave in and relaxed again after a year in 2023. Now my hair is shoulder length and even though I know for a fact that my natural hair is healthier, I don't want to start over and lose the length. The struggle to decide is real... :(
My hair gold is to get my hair to grow past my ears. I am 69 years old and I want my hair back as I did when I was in my forties down to my shoulders. My hair is extremely dry and seems not to get moisturized what can I use to keep it moisture.
I have thin fine natural hair with a patch of scalp that is itchy/painful with the hair broken. I want to get my scalp healthy and thicken that patch. Any tips?
Hey girl, I have relaxed hair and I wonder how I should use the 2 step Aphogee protein treatment. Should I use it before or after relaxing my hair?
Hey! I would use it before, check out my past relaxer videos on my channel, I talk more about how to prep for it.
My hair goal is to get to shoulder length. 😂
Goal for the year is to get my hair to the top of my thighs
Can you moisturize already styled hair?
Hello ❤
Less dryness
Mine is Bra strap healthy hair👌🙌🙈
I haven't done a length check in nearly 6 months. I think it's grown past shoulder after 3 years.
My goal is to get my hair to mid back without stretching it.
One lesson I've learned is that it's better to have short, healthy hair than long, damaged hair. I held onto dead ends for so long, thinking that it was giving me length, that I had to chop off so much of it to get my hair back in shape again. Now two weeks later and I see the difference: no tangles during detangling, wayy less shedding, no breakage, and just overall happier hair. So now I'll be trimming every 8 weeks, mid-week, don't be afraid to "dust" if your hair needs it. If putting a comb through my hair isn't smooth like butter, then get the scissors and snip no matter what. It's hair, it will grow back. Don't hold onto dead ends for length's sake when all it does in the long run is leave your hair at the same length and set you back by you having to cut off so much anyway.
Hey!😊 So how do you protect your hair if you want to wear it down? My hope is for my alopecia to grow in this year.
Typically once you get past shoulder length, it's a lot easier because your ends are no longer rubbing against your shoulders; so you experience less breakage.
You mentioned you had a good B vitamin in the video. Can you please share your recommendation? Many thanks 😊
Look in the description box and then follow her link to her store
@@sable7114 Thank you🥰
How can I moisturize my hair if my hair hates leave in conditioners?
My hair goal is to grow past shoulder length and have less fairy knot ends
When your hair is past shoulder length but the shrinkage is real 😂. Gaining length but you just can’t tell. Im fine with it though, imo it makes it easier to deal with.
My hair has grown past my shoulder length and I've maintained it. I'm trying to get to bra strap length. The main thing is taking your time detangling. Rubbing oil on your fingers to take down an old style and using a water based moisturizer to detangle. I love using "As I Am" cowash to detangle before a wash.
