  • I hiked up the side of a mountain with Crazy Neighbor to go #camping in an #abandoned copper #mine. The hike was grueling, we forgot gear, and a quick overnight turned into a couple day adventure hiking the whole trip twice over steep terrain but managed to camp in the abandoned mine.

I'm not sure I could fall asleep due to my fears! And I need @least 5 good hours of UNinterrupted sleep to be ready to work each day. & how do I stay in my locked car all night in all weather conditions?😢 And,

I've camped in a natural limestone cave - we had to set up tents because of the constant drips from the ceiling, it was like being in a very slow rain. The mine has been worked by multiple companies but most of the work being done by the 30’s.
