I do cleaning in small bits as im disabked and exhausted lol..but it gets done,my home is cosy and clean for these dark months.

I just use the antibacterial fairy on everything. Dishes, floors, bathrooms. I’ve not found anything that can’t be cleaned with hot soapy water and I like just having to buy 1 cleaning item and knowing that it’s “food safe”. My cats lick the floors for some reason and I’d be nervous using anything else.

Sometimes put your showerhead in a bag with vinegar, it helps with calc
I’ve been doing some deep cleaning in preparation for winter and my project yesterday was taking apart and cleaning all of our box fans before storing them away for next year. Oh my, they were yucky. And I REFUSE to have a couch that does not have removable and washable cushion covers! We have 3 dogs so I end up washing the covers probably every week and a half.

To get mould off tiles (if anyone has it) mix bicarb with bleach to make a paste then scrub with toothbrush. - Frances

Great motivation for me! Thank you! I use each vacation to deep clean. And in a few weeks, I will be doing that. I think the bathrooms look more dusty because of the moisture in them. It seems to cling more. We have an exhaust fan in our main one, but it still seems to accumulate more. And yes, there is a video where Echo puts a toy under the rug😂❤
