Plus I hope Matthew Lloyd gets shown wrong for the 3rd time in a year I've heard him arrogantly say Bulldogs last year Rd 22, Gold Coast Rd 20 this year and now Carlton Rd 22 this year should beat West Coast.
The problem with Melbourne isn't that they have no forwards. It's that they destroy forwards. Hogan, Brown, Weiderman, even Grundy, if you are of the view that he could have shared the ruck with forward line duties, each were destroyed in different ways by Melbourne.

To the comments here there is a misunderstanding. To be able to come back with five goals in the last half of the last quarter against Collingwood gives the Swans powerful belief, and reignites the previous form through most of the year. Every team has a slump. Geelong was gone for all money during the season, now they're in the top four. So write the Swans off at your peril.

However i didn't write them off at all i said if they can find that form from earlier in the season in the next two weeks who knows just how far they can go Papps is a barometer for them when he is on they seem to click and its by how far. @@markwhelan9887 Mark, football is played in the mind. Momentum is an example, players get fired up mentally after a couple of goals are kicked. Form slumps are the same. That last quarter wasn't just a great 15 minutes, it defined the rest of our season. It reminded the players of how good they can be and will catapult them into next week's game and beyond.
