Michael Cohen was sentenced to 3 years and served 12 months for doing Trump's dirty work on this exact crime (although he was returned to Otisville Prison for a short time for a parole violation). If I were the judge, I would sentence Trump to 3x that...9 years and he can serve 3 years.
