Having her law license revoked has no legal effect on her status as a federal judge. Federal judges serve lifetime appointments and can only be removed via the impeachment process.

The Special Counsel has to make a formal request to the 11th Circuit Court Of Appeals, but it has to be a paper order from Cannon, that somehow violates a legal standard! Cannon is skirting the legal edges, so to speak, by issuing these "paperless orders" Apparently since they aren't technically on the record, he cannot get her removed. This is just insane!! 🤔 The other way is for him to.ask fir refusal, hoping she will deny such a request, and then he can appeal that. I think he is being way too conservative 🙄

I have replied to many posts that disbarment has zero legal effect on a persons status as a federal judge since federal judges serve lifetime appointments and can only be removed via the impeachment process. Eveidently, many people do not understand the difference between the FEDERAL judiciary and the STATE judiciaries where in some states judges can lose their position upon disbarment.

Disbarment has zero legal effect on a persons status as a federal judge. Federal judges can only be removed via the impeachment process.
