Ben you’ll definitely be missed on the fab rats channel but glad you’re spending the time with family and teaching the next generation there’s not enough of that these days and it’s desperately needed
Right on! And actually, after ZERO promotion or even indication of Ben starting a channel...let's just say I'm only subscribed to 1 of them, you figure out "which", lol.
Any young lady willing to change the oil and not take herself too serious and can have fun with it is awesome. The view of the mountains over your shoulder while you work on stuff ain’t bad!
@@georgevindo I've seen a video out where the parts store actually got a labelled container called Blinker fluid! The girlfriend was sent in to fetch some and the prank was turned around onto the boyfriend don't know what the contents actually were but image the prank you could pull if you drank from the container called blinker fluid!
@ianmcleod8898 I know a Ford Dealership that has a few on display at the service counter. I got a good laugh with the service lady there. She said when she saw the bottles, she had to get a few to put on display there. I had to get a picture of it.
Thanks B & M when your daughter dropped the wrench 🔧 in the intro I laughed, ran it backed three times till I cried 😂. I teach new scouts the automotive merit badge. They can never be to young learn the skills we share with them. Thanks for the content and the smiles it brings. Your family just put one on this old Scoutmaster today. ❤
I remember my Dad getting me under the '55 Plymouth and showing me how to grease it when I was six years old. It wasn't hard for me to get under it at that time. Good education.
Hi..I currently watch Fab Rats. Matt’s Off Road. Trailmater.Robbie’s.Merlin’s Old School Garage and a few more.. these are my favourites.. You guys look like you’re a great and loving family. Ben.. I’m pleased your still still around on RUclips. I’m 81 years old and I loved doing what you are doing.. back in the day….messing with cars and all that. Wish we had the gear you guys use in my day. It’s like going down memory lane watching watch your show. Keep up the good work . I’m looking forward to seeing more from you and your family. Regards Bill. Sydney Australia.
Ben the doughnut operator like the bike and the old chevy is pretty sweet get after it Ben I'll be watching may God bless the cox family they all bring me so many smiles and laughs along the way
Any person with a C10, works on bringing things back to life, real camera work, is a show worth watching. Keep up your great work and your style of video work, you have a very cool office.
I just wanna say you're wife and daughter are adorable they had me Rollin.❤ I'm glad you are ok after hitting that rock. I wasn't so fortunate. The last rock I hit chucked me off and I broke my self.
Ben you guys are so amazing. You are a true dad and you teach them right. Good on you guys bud. Wish you all the best and may God be with you and your family. Stay blessed
Yay for military surplus. I've use many. Your wife has good sense of humor; one of my favorite human characterists. Great for teaching your daughrer how to change oil. Flat tire next? I've missed you on Fab Rats so pleased to find your B&Ms Garage.
Hello Ben and family. Always enjoyed your escapes with the Fab Rats and I'm enjoying your family channel. Just a suggestion on working on engine parts. Harbor Freight has an Ultra Sonic cleaner unit that might help resurrect some of you small engine part projects.
Glad you listened about the helmet! My brother had kind of a similar fall on a bike when he was in his teens and skidded on his arms and chin... it took 20 years for the chin hair to fully grow back, the arm hair took a lot less time to return, but ow! I can still remember him walking back into the camp we were at with his arms held away from his sides - fortunately my dad was a trained first-aider (industrial first aid) and there were several others there with similar training.
Watching Matty learn the correct way to do a oil change was interesting in my opinion she did really good . She is such a typical girl afraid to get her hands dirty. I have never seen someone where gloves to do an oil change getting dirty is part of the process. Seeing her freak out over a harmless grasshopper was hilarious to watch. In my opinion your channel is doing really well having the whole family working together is a great thing true traditional old school values
I wish I had been raised by my dad to learn more about mechanics. He could fix anything, a mechanic, then service manager and solved the hardest issue with vehicles. Good for this family to be together in these important times.
So wonderful to see you back at it Ben and still digging everything with family is the best part of life. Now you're working on everything in my life conditions.
So glad I was subbed from the birth of this channel, got a feeling we gonna see somthing special grow from now on. Love tou you all from Truro Cornwall UK
Ben, even though you'll be missed with the Fab Rats, it's nice to know you'll still be around. I subbed and will be looking forward to you videos... It so nice to see other dads teaching their children to do basic vehicle maintenance. It creates invaluable mechanical skills, the value of work / manual labor, and it saves money. I taught my daughter & son to do simple car maintenance. She changes her own oil all the time... She changes her brakes when needed, air filters, cabin filters, brake fluid, steering fluid, coolant, install her spare tire... Even when she got into a lil fender bender, I took here with me to the junk yard to get replacement parts and had her wrenching... Now, she just started here career as a flight attendant for AA. My son is about ready to graduate an aviation maintenance school with his FAA A&P license to follow in my footsteps as a commercial aircraft technician or heading to GE to build and overhaul GE's Turbofan engines... Needless to say, I'm one proud Father...
I had a old 70 something generator gas and the motor was good but we could not find any type of carburetor to work right so we actually put a propane carburetor on it and it still runs today. Propane don’t go bad.
It's a good character builder, having too change the oil , and check the fluid levels. Everything will start coming together. Have a good week and count your blessings amen.
Excellent! I was just concerned about that air tank. If it sat with water in it it may be rusty. Might consider that. But it's so fun to work on something and make it work like it should.
Hey Ben it is great to see we all still get to see yoou do your best work. I also dig that orange mid 60 chevy truck in the back ground of this video. Keep up the awesome content, and hard work!!!
I recently had my 14 year old daughter check oil and add washer fluid-- it was about the same. As for the air compressor - had things like that happen my whole life, try to do something and need this and that, . as for the accident-- (we don't mention the accident :-)-- Great parenting!!!!
They are also used on gas engines used to transfer fuel. As spark resistant. I have used then to fuel our crop dusters . they can be changed out easily . uses a standard 18 MM spark plug. just change the end of the lead!@@Chris_at_Home
