TRIP REPORT | British Airways | A320 NEO | Business Class | ZRH - LHR

This domestic business-class product was very impressive! The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. The legroom was quite similar to the economy class product, however, the guaranteed empty middle seat adds much more privacy and space. If the lounge access, food, and service are worth it to you, this product is a big step up from the economy experience. That being said, if you book an economy ticket with the middle seat empty then that adds a lot of privacy and saves you a lot of money.
