On a 737, there’s a a small disadvantage with Comfort Plus that some might not be aware of. It’s to make sure you don’t get the infamous windowless window seat. (It’s not just on Ryanair. Every 737 has it somewhere.) On the Delta -800’s, I’m pretty sure it’s 4 rows back in Comfort Plus, I think seat A.

I’m about to fly Comfort Plus MSP to ICN Seoul. (Actually, the airport is in Incheon, but it’s usually listed as Seoul, go figure. I usually fly coach, so this is a treat. Looking forward to the extra legroom, even though I’m short. 14 hours is a longer flight so this will be nice. There are usually two meals served on this flight - dinner and breakfast. As well as snacks, and alcohol is complimentary.

when i bring my octogenarian father on a trip with me, i fly comfort plus, because the extra legroom is important. when i fly by myself i usually fly coach.

Not worth the extra. The entertainment system didn’t work on the outward or the return journey to Singapore. Give me Singapore airlines any time, far superior.
