- Crab Casserole. This is a casserole and yet a delicacy. My mama made this casserole and rationed it... and if you have ever "picked out" crab you know why! IYKYK. I have recreated her recipe and its just like I remembered it. Enjoy!

I have been enjoying MeMe's videos so much. When she leans on the counter, I feel she is talking just to me. When she shows us the can or bag that some ingredient comes in, then I know exactly what she means. And when she puts a whole stick of butter in her recipe, I start smiling because I know she will smile too. I love crab, so I know I will love this recipe.
